Wonderful stay. Our guest house was exactly as stated-probable better then expected. Easy to find with check in procedure easy to follow. Accomodations were very nice -extremely well cared for and clean. Extra touches were -water in the fridge and plenty of ice. Extra towels and a comfy bed. Loved the power recliner and mini split air conditioner! Very happy here and will look forward to returning next year!

Stayed one night while visiting Sun N Fun Expo. Unit is one of two in detached free standing building on residential property. Easy to locate off main route 98 couple miles from Interstate 4. Route 98 has plenty of food offerings with Wal Mart on nearby corner. Felt safe with cameras on parking area in nice residential neighborhood. Unit is newer construction and nicely supplied. Tiled flooring throughout with beautiful bath and shower. Kitchenette set up with full size modern refrigerator. Climate controlled with mini split air conditioners in bedroom and living room area. Found remote control which controlled both units a little confusing to use. Once I figured out how to use very quite and comfortable. Wasn't sure what to expect when booked, but pleasantly surprised.
