This was an amazing house. It truly made my experience at my son’s graduation at Clemson University that much better. I loved the fact that 3 of the bedrooms have on-suites. The kitchen is spacious and very well stocked with everything you need to make any meal you’d like. The couch is very comfortable and fit the whole family when watching the large screen tv. The way the house was designed and decorated is impeccable. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

We had a very enjoyable stay and would rate this property 4/5 stars. The house is stunning—modern, stylish, yet cozy—and clearly built with care. The owner is proud of the design (often mentioning his wife designed it), but a few lower stairs dip slightly and the back door is extremely hard to open. The biggest disappointment was the hot tub, which wasn’t plugged in on arrival and took 4–6 hours to heat—frustrating, especially with the rainy weather limiting lake use. Communication with the owner was inconsistent: sometimes very responsive, other times we waited hours for replies. The lighting and fan system was confusing, with multiple unlabeled remotes and switches; we never figured out exactly how we turned on the living room fan! The house has a few games and a stocked pantry, which were nice touches. The road behind the house sees fast traffic, and one evening stray dogs—including a large Rottweiler—made outdoor grilling unsafe, forcing us inside. Despite these issues, the home is beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped. With minor improvements to the hot tub, communication, stairs, door, and labeling, this could easily be a 5-star stay.
