Located centrally to downtown Nashville, the WestEnd area caters to fine dining, upscale shopping, boutique coffee shops & a mix of cultural entertainment that serves both the professional side of Nashville & the student lifestyle behest to the nearby Vanderbilt & Belmont Campuses.
Enjoy being able to walk to Centennial Park, The Parthenon & countless restaurants within a few mins from our home.
If you find yourself driving into town, there are several areas to park around the building, along the street in front & adjacent.
When you arenât hanging out in the garage-converted Irish Bar, adorned with a pool table, beer pong topper, darts board, karaoke machine, drink-mixing bar, fireplace, custom decor & lighting, then this spacious 2400+ Sqft home has plenty of other places to enjoyâŠ
The kitchen is equipped with everything youâd need to prepare meals at home & a true highlight of our house is the coffee preparation ensemble. Regardless of the type of coffee you prefer, we have tried to provide you with the means to indulge. Youâll find the choice of a standard drip machine, a k-cup (Keurig), a French press, a nespresso & even an espresso maker. Start your day out the right way!
Our living room features large, comfortable seating & a warm, inviting fireplace.
The dining room has seating for up to 8 people along with several barstools at the kitchen island.
The following is a detailed breakdown of the bedroom & bed layout for the property:
Bedroom #1 - 1x King bed plus a Twin trundle underneath, along with a Twin day bed & additional Twin trundle beneath. This bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with separate soaking tub & walk-in shower. There is also a walk-in closet for your clothing & a flat screen TV for your entertainment. (Sleeps up to 5 people on 4 beds).
Bedroom #2 - 3x Queen Beds, two of which are in bunk formation. There is a spacious closet & the bathroom is located right outside this room. (Sleeps up to 6 people on 3 beds).
Bedroom #3 - 1x Queen Bed. This bedroom enjoys a private balcony to enjoy a glass of wine or morning cup of coffee from. (Sleeps up to 2 people on 1 bed).
Bedroom #4 - 4x Full Size Beds in bunk formation. This is a special bedroom indeed. Not only does this room enjoy a comfy lounging area to sit with friends, but there are 4 make-up vanity stations to get yourselves ready for a night on the town & when the Nashville weather cooperates, there is a retractable opaque garage door that opens to a Romeo & Juliet style balcony railing so you can enjoy an indoor/outdoor experience together! (Sleeps up to 8 people on 4 beds).
Flex Space (located in the corridor outside of bedroom 4) - 2x Twin Beds in bunk formation. This is a great use of space to provide additional sleeping options should you prefer it. (Sleeps up to 2 people on 2 beds)
Lastly, if you need wash your clothes or freshen up some towels during your stay, please know that we have a washer and dryer within the unit that you are welcome to use. We supply laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience.
With everything right on our doorstep & the closest restaurant/bar being about 50yrds away, there is so much to see & do. Hereâs hoping you choose to stay with us!
