Just a short 200-yard stroll to the private, deeded beach, this vacation spot offers all the charm and ease of coastal living—without the need to cross busy roads. The condo features tropical-inspired décor and an open, relaxed layout perfect for families or groups. Sleeping arrangements includes a total of 2 queen-sized beds and a twin over full bunk with pull out trundle, providing plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for meal prep, and the in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience during your stay. Whether you're soaking up the sun on the nearby beach or enjoying quiet moments indoors, St. Martin Beachwalk Villas #221 is the ideal place to make lasting beachside memories.

* Per HOA (2) vehicle limit for each unit, trailers, RV's, and boats are not allowed. Each parking pass costs $20, instructions on how to pay this will be emailed once the reservation is confirmed.

St. Martin Beachwalk Villas has a deeded beach access down your own private walkway. You do not have to cross Highway 98 to get to the sugar white sands and emerald, green waters of the Gulf. The 3-story, low rise complex is centrally located in Destin, so you can leave the car parked all week and enjoy the community pool, grilling area, close proximity to Big Kahuna's water park, shopping, restaurants, and more! You can't beat the convenience and affordability of St. Martin Beachwalk Villas! Please note, this complex does not have an elevator.

It was a fantastic stay! Very clean and a short walk to the beautiful private beach. The only thing that could make it better was if there were more dining options within walking distance.

Clean, quiet and convenient!

When you first walk in you immediately notice the cleanliness, all cabinets, drawers and refrigerator was top tidy! The private beach was a 3 minute walk and was clean and not overly crowded. We have stayed in Destin 3 times in over 4 years and this location was the most convenient to all attractions!

Condo itself was as advertised. It was clean and a great location. My only complaint is they gave us the wrong beach gate code and we could not get anyone on the phone to get the correct code. Luckily another renter saw our troubles and helped us.

Near beach

Condo was near beach. Area was loud with neighboring condos loud over several nights. Someone came in to our unit at 7 AM the one morning then quickly left before I could approach them. The door was locked so they had the code.

The owners were nice enough to leave beach towels for our use AND a nice bottle of wine welcoming us to their home! We will be staying here again and would LOVE to own a place in this complex. Small, quite and very well kept!

The beach access is a little bit of a walk but we made it just fine with several kids. The only downside to this condo is the master bedroom mattress. It feels like every spring on that thing is coming through on your back. And any move you made on it woke the whole house up. That definitely could be replaced. We would definitely stay again once the mattress has been replaced!

Reviewer Comments: The only complaint was the fact we were given one trashbag for five people for a week. One extra roll of toilet paper. We were instructed to vaccum up the sand. Vaccum just threw the sand around. Felt like it was our responsibility to clean yet we paid a cleaning fee. Was also given two packs of dishwashing liquid and was instructed to run and empty dishwasher prior to leaving. Not enough for final dirty dishes.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was exactly as described. It was clean, well kept, and in good condition. The beach was a little bit of a walk but doable. Harmony Beach Vacations management, on the other hand, was not helpful. The first 2 days of our stay there was very loud construction going on in the condo upstairs. It was not light hammering but skill saws and loud banging that made the walls shake. When I reported it to management, they stated they did not know about it and would check with the HOA and get back with us. When I called back an hour and a half later to check on the status, I was told they had left a message with the HOA and they had no way of knowing when the HOA would call them back. About an hour later I received a message from management stating the HOA got back with them and construction can occur anytime between 8am-5pm. They stated they had no control over construction on a property they didn’t manage. They said they had one other property available for the week that was $12000 if we wanted to move. That was their only solution. They didn’t offer to work with the HOA, reimburse any money, find out how long the construction would last. Nothing. They washed their hands of it even though they are the ones that get the money for our stay. They became short and hateful when pressed. Thankfully, the construction stopped after day 2; however, management never contacted us to check on anything or to follow-up. When you pay that much money to stay in a condo, it is absolutely their job to do everything in their power to make sure your stay is smooth. They must not have good relationships with their HOAs at the properties if they do not know about major construction projects. I would not recommend booking with this management company.

Great space that has everything you need with 3 bdrm and 2 bath. Walk to beach was a little further than expected but easy access.
