Unit was very clean and a perfect location. The view was beautiful all around. Very close to everything you could possibly need. Beach was pristine, we had hoped there was a beach setup included that was our only disappointment. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. We got this place kind of last minute. They were so good with communication and getting everything ready in 24 hours. The place is absolutely beautiful! The views are phenomenal. Right on the water. Great access to the beach and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again. We didn't want to leave.

Very accessible.

The Beach is right there, the view was amazing and the condo was super comfortable for my family of 6. Restaurants are close by or it was a perfect place to make a family dinner and breakfasts.

Fantastic Vacation

Our family had never traveled to Destin, so we did not have any idea if this property was in a good location or not- but luckily for us it was!! Great condo with high end finishes- from great bedding, tile showers, Sub-Zero fridge- just great!! Excellent views and the beach in this area isn’t overcrowded. Would definitely stay here again!

The gulf view was stunning and exactly as pictured. We had 4 adults and 1 child in our party, and the condo was the perfect size. We especially appreciated that two of the bedrooms had attached bathrooms, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the jetted tub in the master bathroom was a nice bonus. Check-in and -out were seamless, and communication with the host was always quick and easy. We also spent a lot of time at the pool, which our 6-year-old absolutely loved. The issues we encountered were fairly minor but worth mentioning. None of the bedroom or bathroom doors had locks, and one of the sliding glass doors wouldn’t lock either. The bedroom floors were also extremely slippery, though the rest of the condo’s flooring didn’t have this issue.Unlike many other condos we’ve stayed in, there weren’t any beach accessories provided, so be sure to bring your own beach towels, chairs, and toys if you need them. The biggest downside was the elevator situation. Only two elevators were functioning, and we heard the third had been out of service for quite some time. I’m not sure how accurate that was, but there was someone working on it while we were there. As a result, elevator wait times could be very long. Leaving the property by car could also be challenging because of the heavy traffic—we almost always had to turn right and make a U-turn to head in the direction we wanted.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again!
