Relax and Enjoy

The best place to relax and enjoy orange beach. The owners have listened to their clients and made this unit a great place to stay. All our expectations were met. Enjoyed the lazy river, pools, hot tub. Caught flounder by the docks. Great dining nearby. We have been staying here for a week the last five years.

Loved it!

Loved the condo and the pool. Parking was convenient too. The only thing a little different from other VRBOs is the condo does not come with things like salt, pepper, dish soap, or beach towels.

Wonderful week in Orange Beach

Great condo. Has everything you need. Perfect location to restaurants and beach. Totally awesome pool area with a huge lazy river pool. Would definitely come back to this unit. A few items need attention: floors need a good deep cleaning as my bare feet and socks turned black just walking around in the unit. The dryer may need servicing as it took hours to dry clothes and towels. The main bathroom lights above the left sink are blinking almost strobe-like.

It's great to hear that you enjoyed the amenities, such as the pool area and the proximity to restaurants and the beach. I appreciate you bringing attention to a few issues that you encountered during your stay. It's unfortunate that the floors were not as clean as expected, and I understand how this could have been inconvenient. Additionally, the extended drying time for clothes and towels as well as the blinking lights in the main bathroom are certainly concerns that should be addressed by the property management.

We have rented with VRBO for years and this by far was nothing like we have ever experienced. The condo smelled of smoke and the couch was filthy. We literally could not sit on the couch because it was wet and smelled like fish. We were in town for a dance competition and attempted to find another place to stay but were unsuccessful. We reported it and they were to send a professional cleaner out the next morning to take care of the smoke smell with some sort of enzyme cleaner and to have the couch cleaned. No one came. I had to call again and this manager knew nothing of the report. She did refund me 1/2 of the cleaning fee included with the rental and had somone come clean the cough. I told her that this couch was far beyond cleaning but we found try. They came and cleaned it and it still was nasty and smelled of fish. I reported it and they did not seem to care. They knew that I would likely not be able to find another rental and because very short with me saying “ well what else do you want me to do?” Then the hot water ran out. I reported that and no one came to look at that. We ended up having to put the couch cushions on the patio to attempt to help the fish smell and then we covered it with a blanket so the children would not touch it. We never had a couch to sit on. This condo was terrible and until the put some new furniture in they should not be able to rent it. You can get an entire living room set for a very reasonable prices.
