Thoughtfully designed to be accessible and inclusive, this peaceful retreat offers spacious grounds for strolling, reading, or simply unwinding in a quiet, restful setting—an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle after a day of island adventure.

The Layout

Richardson Serenity Villa is a lodge-style property divided into two distinct groups of rooms:



• Pool View Rooms (#1–#4)

Located on the ground level directly in front of the pool area, each room features one queen-size bed, a private bathroom, and accommodates up to 2 guests. These rooms offer all the comforts and amenities of our standard accommodations, with the added benefit of being wheelchair accessible ♿ and thoughtfully designed with safety, comfort, and accessibility in mind for guests with limited lower-extremity mobility.



• Garden View Rooms (#5–#10)

Nestled on the lower level of the property, the Garden View Rooms are accessed via stairs and a short pathway surrounded by lush tropical greenery. Each room features its own private bathroom.



Rooms #5–#8: Each room features two queen-size beds and accommodates up to 4 guests per room, making them a great option for families or groups.

Rooms #9–#10: Each room features one queen-size bed and accommodates up to 2 guests per room, ideal for couples or individual travelers.

Please note: When the Pool View and Garden View sections are booked separately by different groups during the same dates, the pool, kitchen, dining area, and living room are shared between both groups.

•⁠ The owners' private home is also located within the property, next to the pool area. They live on-site and you'll likely see them around. They're happy to offer assistance if needed, while always respecting your privacy.

Guest Access

You will have access to the entire lodge perfect for groups of up to 26 guests—including the lobby, pool and bar.



Interaction with guests

A friendly advice, keeping good communication with your host will make your stay more pleasant, you will receive 4 important messages prior to your arrival that will include information about your destination, house rules, address, WiFi & access code. Kindly acknowledge you have received and read the info for a smooth check in process.



Additional Information

•⁠ Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave your room or if you have the doors or windows open. NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details.



•⁠ Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure.



•⁠ In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service.



•⁠ Keep in mind that this property is NOT pet friendly, no pets or service animals will be permitted even if the regulations in your home country state differently. •⁠ Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay; otherwise, you won’t be able to travel to Honduras.
