Perfect place to stay in Keauhou

This is by far one of the best properties to stay while in Keauhou. It had everything we needed for making meals, relaxing, and watching the sunsets from the lanai. Very close to Keauhou Bay for water activities and grocery store was nearby.

Wonderful 2 Weeks!

Beautiful sunsets! Spacious lanai with comfortable furniture. Really enjoyed morning coffee & evening sunsets on the lanai. Quiet complex. Well appointed unit. Great to have a BBQ on the lanai. Eric was great to deal with. Can't wait to go back next year!

I really enjoyed the stay at this property. Little embellishments that were part of the stay were really appreciated. The Owner of the Condo lives right next door and is readily available if any questions or issues arrive. That's very appreciative.

Amazing sunsets and excellent location!

Check-in was easy and enjoyed the amazing sunsets from the balcony. We liked all the furnishings and especially having a modern rice cooker! It was an easy walk to Keauhou Bay for morning paddles and short distance to the KTA grocery store. We will be back again next year!

Retired Couple point of view!

Well designed unit with newer Island decor—nicely furnished. Very quiet and relaxing, yet conveniently located close to sport courts (pickle Ball/Tennis) swimming pool and Golf—located on 9th fairway. Convenient parking in front of unit. Friendly, courteous, and gracious owner/host. We enjoyed our visit and we certainly would consider coming back for a repeat stay.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was in a very green area, with a beautiful view. Equipment was in good condition although the floor and the kitchenware could have been cleaner. Since this apartment is located next to a golf course, the noise level of the golf course maintenance starts at a very early morning time.

Amazing Kona Vacation

12/10 The photos really don't do justice to how nice this place is. Modern, but not too modern so you still feel like you're in Hawaii. Very comfortable King bed. Clean white fluffy towels. Plenty of everything for the beach - towels, coolers, chairs and snorkel equipment. Finding the place and check is in was easy - Eric and Damon gave very detailed instructions. The kitchen was fully equipped to do all the cooking we wanted and the BBQ was really nice to have. They even supplied small appliances like a rice cooker and crock pot. Basic essentials were also provided like coffee, salt and pepper, cooking oil, etc. The hosts even offered to get a few groceries for us as we were arriving late. Air conditioning in the bedroom was perfect for sleeping. You don't need it otherwise. The lanai was lovely for watching the sunsets. The pool was quiet and we enjoyed having a swim to cool off at the end of the day. Yes, it is on a golf course so you can expect to hear the occasional lawn mower or golfer teeing off early in the morning but that did not bother us at all. Thank you Eric and Damon for being amazing hosts. We will 100% stay here again next time we visit.

Just wonderful!

Eric and Damon are great hosts and offer a very well-equipped condo. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, including really nice pots and pans. The washer, dryer, and drying rack on the lanai were very welcome, as were the beach chairs, sunbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, coolers, ice packs
. The Keauhou Shopping Centre is only a few minutes drive away, so very handy for groceries, restaurants and other shops. The pool is great to cool off after a day exploring the island, and usually pretty quiet. We wish we could have stayed longer. Returning to Alaska winter was a rude awakening!! Highly recommend.

Kona Vacay

This was the first time my husband and I visited the Big Island. We were there for the Ironman World Championships. Our stay at Kona Vacay was wonderful!! We can't say enough about how great Damon and Eric were as our hosts. Most of our communication was with Damon since Eric was out of town with family. From the very start, Damon made us feel very welcome. He greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the place and how to use everything. The place itself was excellent and just as described. We liked the fact that it was a little bit away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to everything in Kona. Damon was great with communication and was able to give us advice on places to eat and things to do. We highly recommend staying at Damon and Eric's place. If we are fortunate enough to return to the Big Island, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for welcoming us into your place!!

Love this place

Our second stay at this apartment, even better than the first time in 2019 as we stayed longer! Great communication with hosts, no fuss booking and check in. We LOVE this location, although best to have a car. Spacious apartment, everything you need, snorkelling gear and body boards, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, the hosts even bought us a beach umbrella. We ate on the lanai for every meal. New Air Conditioning unit in the bedroom, although we did not use it as love the ceiling fans and open windows and doors throughout. The pool in this complex is the best...clean, clear, mostly quiet, warm shower and plenty of chairs, loungers and umbrellas. Even a book lending library at the pool! We don't mind the early starts from the golf course workers and golfers, as the views and privacy from the lanai are awesome. Walks around coast and golf course. Close to supermarket and shopping centre, and walking distance to harbour and twice weekly market. Easy drive to Kona, 25 minutes to airport. THANK YOU :)

Great location

Highly recommend this condo. Conveniently located near great snorkeling spots in Kona and Captain Cook, grocery shopping and downtown Kailua. Very much stocked with anything you can imagine and the property managers are very helpful and accommodating.
