Besoin d'un peu de temps à la plage? Celui-ci vous attirera ici! Le condo Phoenix East de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains (PE-206) au 2e étage a ét�� entièrement rénové et comprend maintenant du carrelage au sol en bois partout, de nouveaux meubles et une cuisine haut de gamme. La coloration du mur bleu sarcelle ajoute une touche spéciale de vacances côtières au condo accueillant pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes.

Les clients de cette belle unité apprécieront le balcon prolongé avec une table et quatre chaises, des sièges supplémentaires et trois chaises longues pour profiter de la vue imprenable.

Du balcon au salon en passant par des portes coulissantes en verre du sol au plafond, les clients peuvent se détendre sur deux fauteuils inclinables et deux canapés - dont un avec un lit queen - devant une grande télévision à écran plat.

La salle à manger dispose d'une longue table en bois pouvant accueillir six personnes. A proximité se trouve un large bar de petit déjeuner de cuisine avec des sièges supplémentaires pour trois.

Des plans de travail en granit blanc et gris propres donnent à la cuisine entièrement équipée une sensation élégante mais pratique.

Un lit king-size vous attend dans la chambre principale avec son accès direct au balcon. La salle de bain principale attenante comprend un comptoir en granit, un meuble-lavabo simple et une combinaison de baignoire et de douche vitrée.

La deuxième chambre dispose de 2 lits doubles et d'une télévision à écran plat, tandis que la troisième chambre a un lit queen-size et une télévision murale.

Pour plus de commodité, il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur dans le condo.

Great Balcony, desperately needs updating

Comfortable beds and massive balcony. Furniture needs replacing and the whole place needs an update.

Amazing view and Location

We have been to Orange Beach many times and this was the best view we have ever had! The deck was also the best we've ever had. It is huge! You could easily spend your entire day here. The beds were comfortable, as was the furniture. Lots of room to spread out. Though we did not use the pool, it is beautiful. I will say the cleaning of the condo itself was not good. Sheets and towels were all clean, but the floor was not swept and when I wiped down the kitchen cabinets and counters, my wipe came away dirty. I found a comb under one bed (and not super far under the bed; it should have been noticed by housekeeping) and candy wrappers under another bed. It wasn't horrible and I'm not super picky, so I was fine with cleaning myself. I was just surprised. Location is very close to many good restaurants and shopping. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo and Phoenix East.

Why did I have to pay for cleaning?

The property was nice but definitely lacked in cleaning. I was very surprised to find a puzzle piece, an old orange peel, and somebody’s luggage tag on the floor of different rooms of the house. I feel like this was absolutely lacking in cleanliness considering we are in the middle of a national pandemic! Is this also the type of cleaning that I’m paying for? Also, the guest bathroom was hard to lock. And, one of the lamp’s in a bedroom was basically missing half of its base from being broke. I enjoyed myself because of the people I was with and, for the most part, it was a nice stay. I just felt like the money I paid, I shouldn’t have had to deal with the issues I did.

Best balcony

The property was nice. We got a call on the second day that our guest bathroom was leaking to the office below. Maintenance came to look at it and asked us not to use the bathroom until it could be fixed. It didn't get fixed for our entire stay, we had 5 people sharing the master bathroom. :( We also weren't able to open the bedroom sliding glass door to access the balcony, not a huge deal. It was not a great experience and really hindered privacy in the master bedroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cups, pots and pans but nothing else. When a listing says fully stocked, I would expect to at least have some coffee filters, salt, pepper, oil maybe a few other spices to get a meal started. I don't want to have to purchase a whole spice cabinet to cook a few meals. We loved the location and the balcony was amazing. The only drawback was it is right above the pool so it was noisy until 11 when the pool closed. All in all it was a great vacation with a few inconveniences. We still had a great time.

Great Orange Beach vacation

We had a great time at this Pheonix East property, the 2nd floor patio is awesome, very big! we had a great time relaxing out there after a day at the beach and hearing the ocean and all the folks at the pool. Of course the beach is the star and it was perfect. The condo itself is a nice layout, recently remodeled and clean, lots of room for a big family. It comfortably handled all 10 of us. Being on the 2nd floor we could skip the elevator and walk down to the beach access very easily which was nice. It is not a huge property though so we didn't have any problems with elevator wait times, and lots of room on the beach. Overall it was a great time and we would definitely come back again.
