Place was good for us. Pretty clean and comfortable. Could use some minor repairs. Cabinet hinges need tightening and adjustment. Nothing a screwdriver and a set of hex wrenches couldn't fix. Rather austere in terms of decorating so a bit sterile. Had some billing issues with the resort, extra charges, but the host was very prompt with getting it taken care of. Good communication and very flexible.

Very Nice

Very spacious apartment in a great part of Miami. A lot of good restaurants and shops immediately across the street. Publix about 2 blocks away. Very comfortable beds. Property borders the Doral Blue Monster course. Swimming pool & restaurant on the premises. Excellent accommodations, convenient to just about anywhere you want to go in Miami Dade county.

Great property

Super clean, lots of space and all the amenities you need. We had an issue with the shower in the primary bedroom. They were super responsive and sent someone to fix it. We loved the property and would recommend it to others. Thank you for being so accommodating.

Very displeased with host. Didn’t have washcloths, only large towels and paper towels * The sliding door on the lower level didn’t lock. Someone could have jumped over the rail and walked right in. * The chair back was worn down, In fact, it had holes. * The sofa was absolutely filthy and someone had to sleep on that. * The shower handle in the master bathroom didn’t stay in place. It kept falling, making the water go from warm to scolding hot. I had to hold the handle in place while I took a shower. * Charged me an additional $120 for soiled Walmart towels which could easily be cleaned with hot water detergent and bleach. Apparently he didn’t expect white towels to get dirty? For our safety, towels were placed on the floor so whenever you stepped out of the shower you weren’t slipping on the floor. Stated we should have used the paper towels that were on the sink. This my 3rd time staying on the complex, but my first bad experience.

Unfortunate experience

We arrived late and check in went well, but televisions and lamps were unplugged and a light was out on the stairs and making it difficult to make it up the stairs safely. In the morning, we noticed the general state of neglect: dirty carpets, broken handle on the bedroom door, missing pieces on the stairs, and a wobbly hand rail. We reported the handle and and it was fixed because the other items were not going to impact our stay significantly, and I was trying to be graceful because it is clearly an older unit. There was also a chair on the patio with half of the back ripped off, and I was told they knew about it but couldn’t get it in their car. I assumed they knew their unit had other deficiencies. Apparently, I was wrong. When we checked out, we cleaned every surface, did the dishes, and took out the trash. All towels were placed in the tubs, and it looked good for a ten night stay. I received an aggressive email from the property manager about stained towels and carpet. Pink dye from my daughter’s hair were on a couple of towels and there was one towel where she wiped chocolate off her fingers. I asked why these could not be washed, but then agreed to just pay for them. The dirty carpet has old stains in multiple places that could not have been caused by us. Nothing was spilled and we would have had to spill something under chairs and in multiple places to be responsible for the damage. We took two plastic plants out of the unit to use in a film shoot and neglected to return them. I immediately agreed to pay for them because that was 100% my error. However, the name-calling and unprofessional behavior in a string of emails was simply beyond the pale. The facts are that this is an older unit with mold in the shower, peeling laminate on the cabinets, stained carpet, a wobbly dangerous handrail up stairs that all need repair. Having to be harassed by the owner for his own property’s failings, after agreeing to pay for the towels and plants is inappropriate and entirely unprofessional. If you still book this, please document every inch of the place and bring your own towels.

Hello Sherilyn, please don't lie about your experience, we were the ones we had a very bad experience from you, the only 3 things you reported were fixed immediately the very same day, the doorknob was fixed, the light bulb was replaced, and the TV was working perfectly fine, and you know that. It is incredible how dirty we found the carpet; it was perfectly clean before your arriving, I even sent the pictures to VRBO before and after, and you are saying that it was already dirty?? wow. and the most and unacceptable thing is that you stole our decoration plants. It is very disappointed to have Guests like you.

quiet and pleasant

The overalll property was a bit outdated but clean and very functional. I was extremely impressed with the property manager who immediately responded to all my questions and requests. I found the staff to be very helpful and cooperative. The unit was larger than I expected an affords privacy for a large family. Balconies generous and comfortable as well as the layout and private full baths for each bedroom. I thank the unit owners and their staff for the attention I received.

good place

Property itself needs work. plumbing was an issue. Layout fine for a group but kitchen facilities inadequate for me. Very clean, spacious, 3 nice balconies. Rental agent went above and beyond to get things fixed.

sunny warm getaway

The unit was nice and the property manager was very prompt in responding to my messages. Our only complaint is the washing machine did not fill with water and the downstairs toilet wouldn’t flush but I let Ricardo know. We all had a good time.
