Dear Cheryl Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify that the pool jets are programmed to operate during the nighttime hours. We explained this to the guests on several occasions, but there seemed to be some confusion. Unfortunately, the guests began handling the pool equipment themselves, at which point we kindly asked them not to do so for safety and maintenance reasons. To accommodate their request, we promptly contacted our pool service company to adjust the timer for the jets. The technician visited the property while the guests were out for a walk and successfully updated the schedule, the pool technician took a picture of the work done and we let Cheryl knows. Since day one, march 20 after 1:00pm they all enjoy the pool and the jets where working for them and their enjoyment . We honored all Cheryl request that unfortunately she is not mentioning. But overall we thank her for her stay . For our readers; Please note that our pool jets are installed in the floor, not on the walls, and the pool is consistently cleaned and maintained to ensure it's always ready for use. However, we do want to mention that we do not offer pool heating as part of our amenities. Thank you for your understanding. Regards Yamille

Dear Viewer. Due to serious concerns regarding property safety and liability, we were compelled to cancel Jason's reservation through VRBO with no refund approved. This individual has demonstrated a pattern of deceptive behavior, including direct threats of property damage and boasts of publicizing such acts online. We strongly advise other hosts to exercise extreme caution. Their deceptive practices, often involving a second party posing as a spouse, were readily apparent and documented via our house technology security system and management visitation during incident. While our property is located in a highly desirable and safe neighborhood, we prioritize its upkeep and cannot tolerate the potential for intentional damage. Thank You
