Ceci est un duplex 2 br, un côté a un occupant à temps plein, le côté disponible est pour un minimum de 2 nuits ou un séjour prolongé dans la région. Il y a 3 ans, le toit a été complètement rénové. Comprend une grande cuisine entièrement équipée avec porte donnant sur une terrasse privée au 2ème étage avec barbecue et vue sur les parterres de fleurs. Les planchers de bois franc sont partout, un grand espace de rangement dans les deux chambres. Les installations comprennent 3 grandes chaînes de télévision HBO et Internet, laveuse et sécheuse privées, fer et planche à repasser, linge de maison, etc. Il y a un garage privé pour 1 voiture, un parking extérieur et sur rue. Juste quelques rues sont une grande épicerie, une nouvelle place et un pub ou deux.

We had a very nice stay at this cozy townhouse. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly want for cooking. The master bedroom is large and comfortable and we appreciated the closets with plenty of hangers. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the place that you don't always find. It suited our needs perfectly. This will now always be our go-to place when we visit the area.

Great little place!

This was the perfectly sized place for my wife and I! It's in a cozy neighborhood and has all the essentials you need for a fun and comfortable stay. The host was very communicative and helpful, definitely recommend!

Donna's place in Youngwood was great! It's in a quiet neighborhood, and only 10 minutes to Greensburg where we were moving in our Seton Hill college student. The garage was perfect! We have a mid-size SUV, and it fit great! The interior was clean and you can tell Donna is experienced in updating homes. The space is part of a duplex, and you can hear the neighbor from time to time, but it's what you should expect from this type of house. Donna was a gracious host, and provided the perfect amount of information for our stay. Thanks Donna!

Comfortable House

The house was very comfortable and clean. The owner provided everything we needed, including coffee pods, snacks and water. If we are ever in the area again, we would stay at this house.

Great place

Someone put a lot of effort into making this rental very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need. Tasteful decor throughout home. I will be returning.

Cute place

I was in town for a video shoot and I needed a garage so I didn't have to unload everything from my truck every day. The garage was small but it worked out great. Especially since we had access to the inside of the house via the garage. We felt light the gear was very safe.

Exactly what we needed

I was attending a local family event and needed an off-site place to stay. So much better than a hotel room! This had all the amenities of home and was exactly as advertised. The property manager was super responsive. Very pleased.

The house is quite nice. Very comfortable bed. The bathroom and kitchen renovations are lovely. It was great having the availability of the grill. The kitchen is well-equipped too.

Nice atay

Pros: many amenities, owner provides everything you expect in a hotel plus more. Garage, washer/dryer, etc. air conditioning and furnace both work great Steps from garage to kitchen, more steps to second floor and only bathroom is on 2nd floor. This is to be considered if steps are difficult to maneuver. You can park on street to avoid steps from garage. Residents in adjoining duplex are very quiet I did worry more about the noise we made up and down very squeaky stairs. Hopefully we did not bother them. Over all, very nice stay. Would stay again if it didn’t have stairs.

Great stay

The property appeared just as the pictures. Almost everything needed was there. Great supply of cooking needs and dishes. Only one drawback and this was due to my not thinking of it, you do need to bring your own dish towels, dish wash cloths and plastic wrap. There is a great dishwasher there, however, I needed a cloth for splashes and crumbs. Short distance to the Greensburg Palace Theatre. We would definitely stay here again.

Bridal Shower Weekend

Great rental for a short trip ! The neighborhood was quiet, conveniently located near a grocery store, restaurants, gas station etc. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, we would definitely stay here again!!

Great Little House for Weekend Getaway!

This was a great little house for our long holiday weekend visiting family in the Youngwood/Mt. Pleasant, PA area. Close to the turnpike and to everywhere we needed to go. House was clean, very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for the weekend. We especially enjoyed the beautiful, well-stocked kitchen! Everything was great!!
