Stay comfortably in this spacious 3-bedroom, 2 full bath house. The bedrooms feature a lovely mix of 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 bunk bed with a twin-size top and a full-size bottom. Enjoy the fabulous amenities like AC, heating, WiFi, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, closed-in back yard with a patio, table and chairs, umbrella, and a grill. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a bathtub, a shower, hair dryer, soaps, and towels.
The home also has a doggie door for your pet to go out and roam outside in the fenced-in area. There is a pet fee! (pets are to be pre approved by owner with breed and weight, as we do have Restrictions)

The parking was a challenge! The house was smaller than I was expecting. The bed was making noise. The floor was dirty.

As mentioned in our information, if there is a cleaning issue to let us know, so that issue cant be fixed, we were never notified of any issues until the review process, and we even reached out about the BBQ pit being left on the porch, thankfully the staff seen it and was able to put back inside the home. The house is just as listed 3 bedroom 2 bath.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but the property was not clean. Leftover hair and eyelashes from the previous guests and dirty dishes just to name a few. The dishwasher didn’t work, so we had to wash everything by hand and there was no sponge. I recommend providing swim towels, not just bath towels. I also recommended replacing the beach chairs as one was broken and a canopy or umbrella. Check in/out process was good.

Hello, as per our rental agreement you were to let us know of any issues on the property, and this is the first time of us hearing of any issues, You never mentiond anything only thing that was mentioned was the dishwasher. We can't fix a situation if we are not aware of them. In the future please read any information that is provided to you from any property, so therefore there are not any issues and if there may be the manager can be aware and correct the problem. Thanks.

Check-in was easy! The host was very prompt in responding to our concerns about the damages that were spotted upon arrival. The cleanliness of the house was questionable. The stove top was very sticky and filthy. We didn't need to use the stove top on this trip, but I cleaned it as thoroughly as possible. The beds in the two main rooms creaked with every movement. The kids loved the bunk beds! If you have a pet, the yard is tiny, but it is fenced, which his great. There's also a doggy door in the room that connects to the deck, which is good if you have a hairy dog and need to keep it contained due to the rules of dogs' hair on the furniture. The home is old and has a mixture of history and new additions to it! All in all, we had a good stay! Thank you!

We had no problems with the hosts - they were great. However, I wish I would have known more, done better research, or perhaps packed more. There were tacks on the floor, thankfully we got them before my 9 month old did. The towels were dingy and had brown stains (this is what I meant by packing more). The beds were very loud and creaky. Floors are uneven, had gaps in some places, and loud (which is understandable for an older home). The pictures were a little misleading, as it is very small and old. Some of the electrical outlets didn’t work so we left our phones charging in the kitchen. One shower didn’t have hot water. Paint was peeling, chunky, and discolored. No yard & difficult parking. Also had to kill a roach in the bathroom when we first arrived. I don’t want to bash a home, and as stated the hosts were great - I just wish I would’ve known before going in.

Hi , After reading your review, I feel the need to respond, We don't use thoes types of tacs ( screen tacs) inside the home so we don't know where they came from, as I'm positive they were not there or on the floor. There is a very decent side yard on the side of the house that is completely fenced in, parking is simple as you just park in front of the house, I'm not sure how much easier that could be. The home is exactly as described, but yes it is a older decent sized 3 bedroom 2 bath home. The property has a monthly exterminator, and us nor them have ever seen roaches before, so that's definitely new to hear. The Towels are dark teal so there are no brown spots on them. It would have been very appreciated, that if you had any issues or concerns to contact us and let us know as per the rental contract that you signed. We were not aware of a single issue until reading this review.
