It was a lovely place to stay for the couple of days I was in town. It was peaceful, which was great because I was working remotely and needed to be able to focus. For the couple of small questions I did have, the host was super responsive.

easy going, comfy, clean (truthfully probably one of- if not the- cleanest stays i’ve been in). on a cute street super close to everything. i’d gratefully stay here again next year when we come back to gainesville

Check in was so easy. Door code with key was given before check-in. It was a very peaceful and tranquil setting. Trees everywhere and the place was so very nice and clean. The bed was amazing and I slept like a baby. I would reccomend this to everyone. The owner was extra helpful and very nice. 5 star review.

This place very clean! The room smell really good! I love their charger a lot, it’s so convenient everything is awesome! I think if the owner can provide a sponge to wash your own dishes and make the light in the bedroom a little brighter that would be great! Overall, I am highly recommend for this place so clean, smell really good, provide pretty much things you need!!

The property was definitely clean and well appointed. However the entrance had an incline that could not be seen from the photos, which made it difficult for my husband who uses a walker. Also, as this was a typical Florida summer, there was no control for the air conditioning. It must have been in the main house, which made for a humid and hot environment in which to sleep. Lastly, while the bathroom reminded me of a European en suite, the shower unit was barely big enough for myself and definitely my husband could not use it. I am 5'6" and am not overweight. Judge for yourself.

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the cleanliness and amenities. We take our guests’ comments very seriously and continually work to improve their experience. As part of these improvements, we’ve now installed a mini-split air conditioner in the unit so guests can control the temperature directly and rest more comfortably. We’re sorry that the entrance and shower were difficult for your husband to use. The entrance slope is shown in the listing photos, though we understand that its steepness can be difficult to judge from a picture. Thank you for sharing your experience and helping us continue to improve.

Lovely unit in nice neighborhood

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying here with our dog! The neighborhood is nice and walkable, the unit was clean and had everything we needed. As a matter of information, I did not see a place where we could control the temperature, but it was very comfortable while we were here. The shower is also quite small, but there were toiletries provided and that was nice. We were close everything we could want and a short drive from downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We will definitely be back!

I came down from NY to spend time with my bf for my birthday, and this place was spectacular! It's spacious and clean. They had given us coffee and tea for the espresso maker! Even had shampoo and soap in the bathroom for me! If there was anything I needed, they responded very quickly and we're super helpful. The entire stay was private and if I saw them I got to waive and say hello. The place was very secure with good locks. The little stone path was super cute. Like going to a cozy cabin. Everything inside was luxurious and modern and the bed was sooo comfortable. Everything I could ever need was provided already without needing to ask. Just overall perfect stay for me and my boyfriend!
