This beautiful single-level condo, located in the B3 mid-rise building of Pinnacle Port, sits directly on the beach just yards away from the gulf shoreline. You can easily see fish, dolphins and other marine life swimming while you sit on the balcony. With a lot of luck, even manatees and sea turtles can be seen on occasion. Fortunately, the 5th floor location gives just enough elevation to provide relative privacy from beach goers while you enjoy the balcony. This sought-after condo unit is the largest size with the biggest balcony available at the Pinnacle Port Resort. This particular wrap-around double-sized balcony, located on the western end of Pinnacle Port, allows you to see down both ends of the beach and allows you to see the beautiful sunsets; only a few units at Pinnacle Port has this ability. Additionally, this wrap-around design and orientation allows you to move in/out of the sun, shade and breeze. The spectacular gulf/beach views can also be seen from the living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway and 2 of the 3 bedrooms! An incredible view of Lake Powell, the largest dune lake in the United States, can be seen from the long common balcony located 20 feet from the condo door. If you're going to the beach, the B3 building elevator exit is only a few steps from the sandy beach entrance. This entrance has a short water hose and a mounted shower head for rinsing off the beautiful white beach sand. Conveniently, the B3 building is the closest building to the charcoal grills, covered picnic tables and playground complex. Additionally, a medium sized, laid-back swimming pool (with chairs and bath rooms) is located close to the B3 building. Or if you prefer, a large more active swimming pool is located at the tower building. While making yourself at home, you will have a fully equipped kitchen and a full sized stacked washer and dryer. Some of the additional Pinnacle Port amenities and niceties are: 30 gated acres with security guards, 2 pools, 2 docks, 26 boat slips, a boat ramp, 2 steam rooms, a large gazebo, several tennis/pickle ball courts, adjacent to 180 acre Camp Helen State park and it's located less than a mile from "30A" (at a much more reasonable price).
This condo is my actual home that I only rent out a few weeks a year. Although I will be gone, I will be available via my phone/text to take care of any questions or concerns 24/7. You will be treated as, and considered to be, a special guest.
