Pinnacle Port C2-204 - 1er juin - 15 VENTE !!! BRAND NEW RENO 3 Bed 3 Bath Condo

Quand nous avons vu la vue depuis le balcon, nous avons été vendus sur cette unité! C'est une unité familiale que nous avons achetée en octobre 2018. Nous possédons une propriété à Pinnacle Port depuis 1980 et estimons qu’il n’ya pas de meilleur endroit pour rester à la plage. La famille s'agrandissant, nous avons décidé de commencer à chercher une unité de 3 chambres à coucher et ce fut le coup de foudre pour C2-204. En fin de compte, il a fallu beaucoup de travail et nous avons donc décidé de procéder à une rénovation complète. Tout dans cette unité est neuf. Nouveau plancher, nouvelles armoires, nouvelles toilettes, nouvelles douches, nouvelle baignoire, nouveaux appareils électroménagers et nouveaux meubles. Vous ne serez pas déçu! Lorsque vous franchissez la porte, vos yeux sont attirés par le couloir bordé de la feuille de feu par rapport au mur de portes vitrées coulissantes qui donne sur le golfe. Le balcon est la star de l'unité. Avec des tables et des chaises, il est parfaitement aménagé pour contempler le golfe devant une tasse de café le matin ou pour regarder le coucher de soleil avec un verre de vin le soir! Tout en finissant la rénovation, nous avons vu des dauphins tous les jours! La chambre principale est meublée avec un lit King. Il a construit dans des armoires pour stocker tous vos articles. Le cabinet abrite un tout nouveau téléviseur UHD de 43 ". La salle de bain est complète avec double vasque et une vanité assise. Le verre fermé, douche carrelée est incroyable! La chambre avant a aussi un lit King. Il dispose de deux placards et d'un téléviseur 43 "UHD fixé au mur. La chambre avant a un accès facile à la salle de bain du hall qui est complète avec combo tuile baignoire-douche complète. La chambre du milieu est la pièce idéale pour les enfants! Dotée de lits superposés et d’un lit queen-size, cette chambre peut accueillir quatre personnes. Un meuble intégré abrite une autre télévision UHD de 43 ". Il y a aussi un placard pour suspendre les vêtements. La salle de bain attenante a une douche en carrelage avec porte coulissante en verre. Le salon dispose d'un fauteuil inclinable, d'une causeuse et d'un canapé-lit. Si vous êtes fatigué de la vue depuis les trois portes coulissantes en verre, un téléviseur HD de 50 pouces vous assure de ne pas manquer vos émissions préférées ou le grand match en vacances. Le WiFi est disponible dans tout l'appareil avec 2 points d'accès pour assurer la connectivité. La table du salon à aire ouverte peut accueillir six personnes. La cuisine est entièrement mise à jour avec de nouvelles armoires, des comptoirs en granit et de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. C'est vraiment une unité unique qui donnera à votre famille des vacances pleines de souvenirs pour toute une vie!

We loved our stay at Pinnacle Port in the Dubose’s condo in May 2026. Awesome location right on the beach! The condo had everything we needed for our family of 7 adults. Decor is beachy, lots of clean towels, everything you can think of for the kitchen! Very easy to communicate with our host! We will be back!

Everything from the decor & spaciousness, to the 2nd floor location, to the most gorgeous sunsets we have ever seen, this was one of the best condos we have ever stayed in!! Awesome place to stay

Pinnacle Port is a great place to stay in Florida. The condo was awesome with gorgeous views and very close to beach access. Host was very responsive and nice to deal with. We had no issues with the condo just needed to ask about a couple of things. Would definatly stay here again.

This condo has the perfect layout and perfect location! The condo is very close to the water and walkway. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. Perfect Beach Condo

This condo unit is as close to the actual beach as you can get! The entrance to the condo is right next to the stairs (2nd floor) and the bottom of the stairs is right next to the beach path. Best the FL Panhandle has to offer! The interior of the condo is gorgeous and and the kitchen has everything you need. We are planning to stay at this condo again!

Beautiful condo with beautiful views and updates.

We’ve stayed at several Pinnacle Port Condos the last 20 years but I think we’ve found the one we love. It’s well maintained and beautifully updated. We love its location on second floor right near stairs/elevator makes getting to your car or the beach a 1-2 min walk. We stayed for a week with 4 adults and 2 kids…plenty of room for all. We will be back to this unit!

Family vacation

We have been going to these condos for over 30 years. It was our first time with the whole family and staying in this condo. Plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed the beach mostly. Its my favorite place on the beach. Love the walks from condo to the bay. Its decorated cute . We had a great time. Thanks for sharing your place!

The decor was beautiful. My husband to be and I are buying a home in Florida so we got some great ideas from the decor of this Condo. The views were amazing and the Condo was very clean. The community is gated which made us feel safe for morning walks. We had easy access to the beach and the pool. The Condo had several pots and pans, dishes and silverware for our convenience. The owner answered all our questions in prompt fashion. This is a 5 out of 5 Condo and I would stay here again.

This newly remodeled condo was absolutely perfect! I loved the upscale beachy theme and the gorgeous kitchen with beautiful cabinets, granite countertops, and the nicest stainless steel appliances. All of the beds were so comfortable and my family loved that two rooms had king beds. The room with bunk beds and a queen bed was perfect for my husband and I and our kids…Plenty of space and lots of storage. It is a corner unit so it has a wrap around porch with the most gorgeous views! We have been coming to Pinnacle Port for 12 years and this is our favorite condo yet! Already making plans for the next trip! Jackie was an excellent host and very helpful throughout the whole booking process! I highly recommend this condo!

Great location out of the hustle and bustle but close enough that it is just a few minute drive away

Would highly recommend. In between Rosemary Beach and Panama City Beach so you can enjoy either by taking a short drive.

Vacation we needed

Ease of making online reservations was nice. Property was described exactly as mentioned. Owner communicated instructions well. Property was safe and secure. No worries about letting older teen move about the complex. Access to the beach was nice. Enjoyed the beach view from the balcony all times of the day and night! A suggestion would be to add a guest book for those that visit to tell about activities they participated in around Panama City and favorite restaurants they tried. Another would be how to access the smart TV for those that may be technically challenged.

Had a wonderful vacation with family! Beautiful Gulf view from family room and two of the three bedrooms. Unit was beautifully decorated & view from wrap-around balcony was fantastic. Being on second floor provided easy access from rooms to beach/pools. Hope to return next year.

This is a family owned unit and we would love to share our family getaway with you. We currently own 3 units at Pinnacle Port that we rent on VRBO. When our units are not rented, we enjoy them ourselves with our children and grandchildren. There is no better getaway than Pinnacle Port!

This unit has such an incredible view. Sitting on the balcony is literally like sitting directly on the beach. When we saw the view we knew that this was a special place. Beach access is only a few steps away. With all of the updates and amenities in this unit you are sure to have the best getaway ever.
