Getting around is easy and enjoyable. Most of our homes are located in residential areas where you can walk, bike, ride a scooter, or rent a golf cart to explore. The islands are relatively small, and with a 25 mph speed limit on most streets, the area stays safe, family-friendly, and relaxed.
Other Things to Note:
We provide dedicated parking for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot at the rear of the building. Only park in the spots marked with Brewerâs Loft Unit 1 signs. Please note that parking on the street is not permitted and subject to ticketing and towing. To avoid any issues, kindly use only the parking lot and limit to 2 vehicles.

We live right down the street! Please do not hesitate to give us a call or text if you need anything. Otherwise, we like to give our guests their own space to relax and enjoy their stay.
