A great location for a quick getaway.

Looking out over the water from the convenience and privacy of my own balcony was just what I needed! The internet was fast for TV streaming and the kitchen was perfect for prepping a quick meal without eating out every day. It was an excellent property with great amenities. I hope to be able to return.

This unit was absolutely perfect for our long weekend getaway with our grandson. It was exactly as represented in the photos of the listing(and you definately cannot always say that with a vacation rental). Everyone in customer service that we dealt with was extremely friendly & accommodating. I guess if there was a negative at all about the property it would be the elevator situation. They could use another elevator in my opinion but over all we were very pleased with our stay.

OK, but smokers on balconies

the place was very nice, the view beautiful - however, the smokers on the balconies sure but a damper on our evenings with wine and mornings with coffee on the balcony. i complained at he desk, but to no results.

This condo is a non-smoking condo. We are happy that you liked the condo but disappointed that other guests caused issues. Since the condos are owned by individual people, the next door owners may allow smokers in their unit. Despite this, I hope you were able to enjoy the beach and the pool to make some great family memories.

Good but change photos to represent appropriate amenities

Everything in the condo was great. My only complaint is the pictures I viewed on VRBO showed it had a lounge chair on the balcony. When we arrived no lounge chair had 6 chairs. Large reason I rented was because I wanted to lounge in a lounge chair on the balcony, not sit up in a chair every time I went out onto the balcony. The picture should represent what you have. Everything else was as represented.

Summer Stay

The condo itself was clean and well-stocked. The facility was awful - everything was dirty. The elevators were nasty, vending machines empty, the employees were only moderately engaged and helpful.

Just the right amount of room

The condo was just the right size for 4 people, but would be tight for six. Had just about everything you could possibly need in the kitchen but no dish towels. Balcony, was damaged on one side and I don’t remember reading that on the VRBO site, but they had a piece of wood up so no safety issue. It was clean, and perfect location. We were able to get in early and the check in staff was super friendly and helpful.

Perfect for five or six.

This condo was perfect for my husband and me and three teenagers. Everything we needed was at our disposal during this stay. I hope to remember to book this exact condo again because of the great time we had here.

One of the nicest Phoenix we have ever stayed in! The kitchen had everyhing you need for cooking. All the furniture was top of the line. Awesome beach front view. Clean and beautifully decorated. Thank you for making our stay in your condo a great one!!!
