This home is also equipped with a new HVAC system, which adds an extra bit of comfort in this tropic environment! s will enjoy AC in each bedroom, as well as the living area and kitchen.

It s very common for the island to have power outages! Palladio s View is equipped with backup Tesla Powerwall battery storage and solar panels to maintain all systems (except hot tub and AC) while the local power grid is down. There will be no refund for power loss.

Step into the spacious living area, where comfort and style meet. Plush seating and thoughtfully selected decor create an inviting atmosphere, while walls of windows bathe the room in natural light and offer uninterrupted views of Coral Bay and the British Virgin Islands. This open, airy space seamlessly flows into the fully equipped kitchen, designed to make island living a breeze. The kitchen boasts full-sized appliances, including a refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, and ample cabinet and counter space perfect for preparing everything from casual snacks to gourmet meals. A dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster are also provided for your convenience. Just off the kitchen is a cozy dining area with seating for four, but we highly encourage you to dine al fresco on the expansive deck, where the tropical breezes and stunning scenery will elevate every meal.

The first king suite is a sanctuary of relaxation, with private access to the deck and a wealth of natural light streaming in through expansive windows. A dresser and closet provide ample storage space for your belongings, ensuring you feel right at home. The en suite bathroom is a true highlight, featuring elegant stone countertops, plenty of storage, and a shower like no other partially open to the outdoors, offering a unique and refreshing experience in nature s embrace. AC is included in this room!

The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed and is located on the other side of the house from the first bedroom. From this room, you ll wake up to sweeping views of the Virgin Islands lush landscape and crystal-clear waters. The en suite bathroom mirrors the other, with a stone vanity, chic sink, and a partially outdoor shower that brings the beauty of nature indoors. A wardrobe provides additional storage, ensuring you have everything you need for your stay. s will have cold AC in this room as well.

Upstairs, the third bedroom is a loft-style retreat, also with a king-sized bed and plenty of space for storage in the closet and wardrobe. A half bath is located in the loft, and guests will have access to AC in this space as well.

Outside, the villa is an entertainers dream. The multi-level deck is designed for ultimate outdoor enjoyment, with various seating areas, including plush sofas, love seats, and dining tables. Relax in the sun loungers, take a dip in the pool, or indulge in a peaceful soak in the hot tub this is your private paradise, where every moment is an opportunity to relax and recharge.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Guests will also have access to a smart TV, where they can sign into their own streaming services to enjoy (just be sure to sign out after your departure!). High-speed wifi is also available for our guests.

Guests will have access to a kayak, paddles, beach chairs and beach gear, puzzles, coloring books, and so much more. Due to the cost of groceries, many guests leave behind unopened food and spices that future guests can use. Feel free to use these whatever is in the cabinets! With all of that being said, please know that natural wear and tear can happen, and items can get misplaced. We do our best to ensure the property is very well-stocked, but we can't make guarantees that certain items will be available.

Palladio s View is only 20 minutes away from some world famous beaches, including Trunk Bay, Maho Bay, and Cinnamon Bay. These are some must-see destinations during your stay with us!
