This Eastham ground floor apartment offers our guests a quiet, serene, secure location surrounded by beautiful gardens, set back off a secondary road while within a mile of Orleans center. Within walking distance to bay beaches and bike trail. A short drive to ocean beaches. The floor plan is open, airy, and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. Do to Covid we ask that you bring your own sheets and towels, we do supply pillows and blankets. We book our July and August rentals for 7 days from Saturday to Saturday. Off season we require a 4 night minimum.

This cottage was perfect for my sister and I. The living room sofa and chairs were very comfortable, as were the beds. There is plenty of counter/table space for eating, playing games, and doing jigsaw puzzles. It is located very close to the RT 6, RT 6A, and RT 28 rotary: so very easy to travel to Hyannis or Provincetown. Will definitely go back again!

Absolutely wonderful property. A private, secluded compound, really. Pix do not do it justice. Mike is a great gost, as well. As the Terminator said, I'll be back.

Clean, Quiet, Serene

My Mom and I had a very nice stay in this spacious feeling downstairs apartment. It is very clean and comfortable with enough area for more than the two of us. There is one portable AC which made it comfortable when we put it on after being out for the day. There is a ceiling fan in the queen bedroom and a portable fan in the twin room (also close to the A/C unit) and we slept well.The location suited us well. It is close to some of our favorite beaches (National Seashore & Bay), a grocery store and other shopping, yet sets back on a quiet, private road with woods and marshlands on either side. The sounds of the birds outside were very relaxing.We enjoyed visiting with the couple who own the property and live in the house across the driveway through the trees. Although we did not need assistance, they were available at any time and were very kind in leaving my Mom flowers for her 89th birthday. They can take pride in keeping their property very welcoming.
