This was a very unique and wonderful stay. The property was very well maintained. Such a delight to see the horses, and various animals on the property. Also such a fun feature to be able to look down through a window in the rental overlooking the arena while horses were being trained and lessons were in session. Pet-friendly as well.

Our fur babies enjoyed the stay. There was no spa at this location. We did enjoy walking around the grounds & watching the horse training.

Thank you so much for hosting us gals for a bachelorette party. We loved the tour and learning about the history of the property. We appreciated you accomodating the extra guests as well. The room was perfect, was very clean and well stocked. We loved the viewing window, although was a little hard to see out. We were able to walk the property and see the horses and goats and snapped some amazing pics. This was a great girls weekend, good luck in the future!

We had a great stay. Apartment was perfect. We could see horses from the living room window. Beds were comfortable, every thing was great. The next day we were able to see some of the horses. I would go back, but stat a little longer.

We got turned around but Caitlin guided us to the property and met us at the gate. The apartment was clean and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and well organized. We enjoyed the welcome basket of cookies that was waiting for us. The horses were fun to watch but our grandson really enjoyed his riding lesson with Caitlin. We would like to come again when the weather is warmer.

Caitlin's property was the perfect stay - couldn't have asked for a better experience with a wonderful host. An excellent location in Lake Geneva but also a peaceful property to relax and enjoy the beautiful horses and scenery. The apartment had all the kitchen essentials and then some, as well as extra toiletries which were a plus. Check in was very easy as Caitlin promptly greeted us when we arrived. We appreciated her opening up her stables for others to enjoy! Would highly recommend.

My husband and I traveled here with our 15 month old daughter and our yorkie-poodle and we all ABSOLUTELY LOVED it! Caitlin you were absolutely an amazing host and went above and beyond to accommodate us! The horses were all so friendly and let us pet them when we were walking in the pastures exploring the gorgeous property! Our daughter absolutely loved watching the chickens and the horses right from the apartment it was so fun! We can not wait to come back! I would 10/10 recommend staying here! Thank you again for memories we will never forget!
