In the Heart of SH Village, Salt Water Heated Pool with Incredible Outdoor Space
Immaculate, charming ranch home surrounded by privet on a quiet Southampton Village Street. My beautiful home will provide you with a perfect Hamptons holiday.

Indulge in the culinary delights of our gourmet kitchen, equipped with everything from a refrigerator to an air fryer. The custom-built kitchen cabinets, centered around a spacious island with three chairs, are a chef's dream. A convenient half bath is nestled between the kitchen and the great room, which opens to one of the two inviting patios.

Retreat to one of our three cozy bedrooms, each with its own private bath. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed, while another offers a comfortable queen bed. The third bedroom is perfect for friends or children, with two extra-long twin beds.

The living room has a reading library, a working fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. There is also a full kitchen with all the amenities. The house is complete with laundry facilities.

Three sets of sliding glass doors lead from the living quarters to a gated stone patio where the entertaining area awaits you; furnished with weathered teak furniture and a Weber grill, you will always want to stay in this perfect gathering place. Step off the patio, and you reach the heated saltwater pool and fireplace pit in a fully manicured garden with a beautiful Ginko tree towering over the gated backyard, creating both a shaded and sunny area to enjoy your time swimming or relaxing. Another entrance to the home from both patios leads to the great room and kitchen.

Use one of the bicycles to access Coopers Beach, approximately 1.5 miles from the house.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Southampton! Our family of four found it to be the perfect spot for a relaxing and fun vacation. The house is incredibly well appointed—every detail has been thoughtfully considered. It was spotless when we arrived, and had every amenity we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms and high-quality linens.The location is fantastic—just a short drive to both town and the beach, which made it easy to explore and enjoy everything Southampton has to offer. The kids absolutely loved the pool and spent hours swimming and playing while we relaxed poolside.The owners were wonderful—very helpful and responsive whenever we had a question, which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Vacation House!!!

We had an amazing week at Terri’s house. The pictures are an absolutely accurate representation of the house. It is spotless and very organized, and you couldn’t ask for a better location - just about 4 minutes to town and 6 minutes to the beach. But most important to our family - the street is nice and quiet! Terri is an amazing host, we can’t wait to rent again next summer!

Slice of Heaven in the Hamptons

This was my first time in the Hamptons and I fell in love with the house just as much as I did with this adorable coastal town. I highly recommend early June as a great time to visit. It’s not too crowded or hot. The home had every feature for our stay and plenty of room. The backyard is out of a magazine and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our half hour walks into the village and loved winding down with a movie in the super comfortable sofas and chairs. Terri was such a great hostess and checked in on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your lovely home Terri!

Family gathering

Half of our family grew up in the neighborhood. The others from across the states. The home was a perfect venue for our adult family to gather and catch up. Centrally located, walking distance to Cooper's Beach. Lots of comfortable places to gather and spend quality time together. TY for doing such a great job decorating and furnishing this gem of a property.

Perfect Oasis, Amazing Location

I only dont want to share this place to keep it all to myself. Communication from Terri was always consistent and smooth. The pictures don't do the house justice- it was the perfect 3 bedroom/3 bathroom for our family- spacious but not too large for our 2 little ones to get lost. Every detail was thought of from the outdoor sitting area to saltwater pool (can heat up to temperature of your liking) to the soft plush towels right by the pool. The house also had plenty of pool toys for our kids and bikes to ride on. Halsey Neck Beach and Coopers beach are both under 2 miles away and were perfect for drop off with kids and then biking/ubering instead of parking. The house is also about a 30 min walk to town and on a quiet street. You couldn't ask for anything else in a vacation house. The house had everything you could think of but didnt feel like a typical rental property with old stuff left behind- it is very comfortable and homey!

Perfect house! Perfect location!

This house has everything we could have wanted/needed. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and located between the village and the beach. We were easily able to go downtown and eat/shop, as well as take beach walks. We definitely hope to return!

Long weekend stay in Southampton

Beautiful house and pool in a great location. We enjoyed going into Southampton Village for restaurants and stores, visiting Cooper's Beach and also just spending time at the house, especially outside.

Perfect Southampton location and gorgeous home!

We loved staying at Terri’s home. The location is absolutely perfect - a 5 minute drive to town and to the beach, even during peak season traffic. The house itself is appointed and maintained to perfection. First, the layout is extremely thoughtful and everything just makes sense. Terri has furnished and equipped the home for every need and detail ready at your fingertips, and it is decorated beautifully and is immaculately clean. We loved the one-floor layout, which was great with little kids. One wing is entirely bedrooms and the other wing is kitchen, dining, and great room. There is another living room space with fireplace that joins the two wings, and you can access the patio and pool from any part of the house. The pool and landscaping are gorgeous and the patio was super comfortable with ample seating - comfortably had 8-10 people around the outdoor table plus more seating on the outdoor sofas. Terri also has a bunch of great pool and beach toys which our family loved. Terri herself is a fantastic host. She is extremely communicative, responsive, and helpful answering any questions I had - including restaurant recommendations. We truly loved our stay at Terri’s house!!

The best yet


I was having a hard time writing a review of this home because I don’t want anyone else to know about it. This house is spectacular. Close attention was paid to every part of this house. It is all remodeled and clean. The layout is Perfect for any family. The pictures do not do any justice as to the size of the home. The outdoor space is just beautiful. There are plenty of places to sit and relax. The heated pool is the perfect size with lounge chairs surrounding it. The house has everything you need. The location makes it very easy to get into town by bike or by car. Beautiful beaches are a short drive away. The outdoor shower is to die for. Teri was absolutely wonderful and if there were any problems she was available by phone immediately. Teri was extremely accommodating and truly made us feel at home. I have stayed in the area for many years and so far this is my favorite of all my rentals in the hamptons area. Thank you Teri for lending me and my family your home. It’s a week we will never forget.

Wonderful house

We had a wonderful stay at Terri’s house. Her house was perfect for our family of 5 adults. We loved the layout and the house was extremely clean, well decorated and beautifully landscaped. Amazing stay!

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway

Terri's home is gorgeous and had everything we needed for a relaxing week in the Hamptons during Thanksgiving. The kitchen is clean, modern, and spacious, and contained even the more specialized tools we needed to prepare some of our favorite dishes (e.g., citrus juicer, turkey baster, etc.). There is ample lounging space throughout the house and on the patio, and we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit even in late November. Every one of us commented on the quality of the beds and pillows which means we all slept quite well. The house is in a charming neighborhood close to Southampton's shopping district. We walked to town one day in about 20 minutes, but more often we jumped in the car and were downtown and parked in 5 minutes. We really appreciated the opportunity to bring our dog. Not every rental welcomes them so we were incredibly grateful he was able to join in the fun. Thank you, Terri, for sharing your home with us!

Just what we needed

The house was so user friendly. It has a courtyard that all rooms are near which was lovely and welcoming. In the courtyard you can eat at the large table and lounge in the sectional. All with umbrellas or an electronic awning for shade when needed. A fire pit for nighttime s'mores. A pool right outside the bright family room. The kitchen was connected to the family room and on the other side of kitchen living room. Everyone was able to have their own space as well as come and be together. We grilled or cooked every night we were there. Stayed in. Swam. Ate. Had some wine. Definitely a home you can entertain in Zero complaints. We already are booking next summer!

Truly an Oasis

A very lovely home and property, with every amenity you can imagine. The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished with an excellent layout, a large well-appointed kitchen and a huge courtyard patio. The grounds are lush and private, and the pool is perfection, with lots of cushioned lounge chairs along side. And the owner, Terri, is terrific - extremely helpful, personable and responsive. We look forward to going back!

Photos don’t do this home justice!

This home is gorgeous, and the photos definitely don’t do it justice. We were very pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to find a wonderfully appointed home that was also fairly kid friendly. We felt like we were staying in a home from a furniture magazine! There was a great swing set for the little ones that we were able to contain them away from the pool sonce there is nothing blocking off the pool area. However since the house is a U-shape, the interior patio for grilling and dining was able to be locked off from the pool and rest of the outdoor space, and accessible from various rooms and hallways. The general location is great- close enough to the village shops (but just out of walking distance for us), and close to the beach. The owner was very helpful, clear with instructions, and very responsive We can’t wait to stay again! Thank you for opening up your impeccable home to our family!

Perfect Hamptons home

We recently visited Southampton with our family of 6 for a wedding. This property was perfect for our needs. It is beautifully decorated and pristine. The interior is spacious with 2 living areas as well as a large outside living area. Terri was available for any questions at all times. The house provided everything we needed and more! Wish we could visit again soon!

Beautiful home in Southampton

We rented this house to spend some family time together and could not have been happier! This home is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you could want for comfort and enjoyment. In addition to the interior of the home being so lovely, the yard and location were also perfect. The pool, sitting areas and play areas in the yard are private and surrounded by beautiful plantings. The location was so convenient to town and to the beach. All in all, we would highly recommend this property and if back in the area would definitely want to visit again!
