Bienvenue au paradis!

Cette unité de coin au 14Úme étage est directement SUR LA PLAGE et offre des vues spectaculaires sur le golfe du Mexique depuis le balcon cÎté plage ainsi que des aperçus de la ville d'Orange Beach depuis le balcon cÎté rue. De ce niveau élevé, la vue panoramique est à couper le souffle avec des dauphins qui jouent ou admirent de magnifiques levers et couchers de soleil, tout cela depuis le confort de votre balcon privé qui surplombe également la magnifique piscine Phoenix 1 et la piscine pour enfants.

L'unité spacieuse et bien aménagée peut accueillir 12 personnes et dispose de 3B / 2B, laveuse / sécheuse, comptoirs en granit et grand salon / cuisine. La chambre principale et la 2Úme chambre ont des lits king-size, la 3Úme chambre a 2 lits doubles, le canapé s'ouvre sur un lit queen-size et 2 fauteuils-lits dans le salon s'ouvrent chacun sur des lits jumeaux - beaucoup de place pour les familles et amis pour profiter des rassemblements tout en ayant un espace personnel.

Le bùtiment à faible densité avec seulement 100 unités est parfait pour les couples matures ainsi que les familles. Il se trouve à proximité des commerces et des restaurants.

Veuillez noter qu'il s'agit d'une unité NON-FUMEUR et qu'il est interdit de fumer dans le condo ou les balcons.

Great location, family friendly (our little ones especially loved the splash pad). Nice condo plenty of room for 12 people. The only complaint we had was the floors were dirty, we actually had to sweep as soon as we got there.

Clean,friendly staff, great location

This property was everything we needed to complete our family vacation. They had games for the kids,Plenty of cooking utensils for us to cook. Wifi worked everything was awesome and working properly. This unit was very nice and clean. Would highly recommend it slept 12 of us comfortable.

Large condo for family vacay

Had a few issues but maintenance and management where on the problems immediately and got them fixed to our satisfaction. We had 5 children and 8 adults.

Great location with some issue’s.

The condo was in a great location and although we had issues we still had a great time. The Keurig coffee machine was broken, so if you want coffee bring filters for the other coffee machine. The sofa bed on the large couch was broken and leaned inward at the head, so we had to shove couch cushions underneath to hold the head up. The sheets on the small pullout sofa were dirty, so we had to wash them before going to bed on our first night. The dryer didn’t do a great job drying clothes, so give yourself time for them to dry if you’re needing them for the beach. Also, the WiFi never worked. We asked for the WiFi password a couple times and couldn’t get any of the passwords working. They give you a few towels, but if you have several people you will need to bring your own. Hope this helps if you are interested in this condo.

This property had a great view of the ocean. The room was pretty clean. But if you plan to use your kitchen, take the things you need! There are no wash clause or potholders. The condo is on the 14th floor which was fine but there is also a view of everyone else’s balcony next to you and under you so there is no privacy on your balcony. So you can hear other peoples conversations and we did not like that.

Horrible Experience overall

The customer service for Phoenix 1 was horrible. We requested an early check in and they told us to come on in early and they would try and get us in early. We did not get into our room until 4:15 P.M. So we lost a whole day at the beach. The lady at the desk was very rude to my grandmother when she asked how much longer it would be on the room. They kept saying the room was being cleaned, but when we got into the room it was not very clean. Our room was broken into the second night that we were there. And then had to check out at 10:00 A.M. on Sunday. So we lost 2 full days due to the the inconvenience of this condo. I will not EVER stay at this condo again. If I could leave negative stars I would!!

Loved our time. Took my 3 person Family along with my sister’s 8 person crew. I think we all felt comfortable and accommodated for our entire stay. We were able to access pools/the beach with ease, and th staff was super courteous.

Beach front condo Orange Beach

This was a nice condo with a great view and amenities. It does need a little updating. The cabinets and oven doors don’t shut well. The dryer screen is falling apart and you put your fingers at peril getting lint out! It is very spacious with 2 kings and 2 queen beds. I would suggest leaving a few extra kitchen towels and invest in some oven mits. The management at the front desk was very nice and the support staff very helpful.

Wonderful view, amenities, and quality of furnishings! Great family location!

I will absolutely come stay here again! The location was perfect, the room was beautiful, and the pool was wonderful. It was a seamless check in and check out. The room was exactly as described. More than enough room for all 12 of us. If you need a large room this is absolutely your place! Great for families and those with small children. We had an age range of 60s down to age 1. There was something for everyone. Highly highly recommend.

Excellent property and overall a pleasant experience

Loved the overall experience of staying at the vacation home. Was 1000 times better than staying than any hotel. We cooked food, ate, drink all while looking at the sea and talking to friends. View from the apartment was excellent and would definitely like to come again here

Relaxing Getaway

Absolute breathtaking views. Very spacious and fully equipped kitchen. The decor was beautiful. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable beds in all rooms. Beautiful pool, and the hot tub was amazing. The condo was very clean.

Fantastic Getaway

Great condo for a well needed beach escape!!!!! Our trip was full of relaxation from the beautiful beach views and the easy access to the pool/hot tubs/ pool side BBQ availability. The condo was spacious, clean and accommodating with a fully stocked kitchen.

Great Beach Condo

Great location with quick access to beach and evening entertainment. Beach chairs provided with condo. Pool and hot tub area is good with easy to access BBQ pits. It rained during our visit and we still enjoyed the trip while visiting the indoor hot tub.
