GREAT LOCATION!!!!! Perfect accommodations for us!

The common areas of the condo bldg. in general could use some updating, but our condo itself was great. Comfortable furniture and bed, with a well stocked kitchen as far as dishes, knives, utensils, etc. goes. Beach towels are not provided, so be sure to bring some. Easy access to beach and facility recreation. We really enjoyed our stay.

Will NEVER stay here again

To say I’m highly upset about my stay is putting it mildly. According to the reviews, it was immaculate boy where they wrong. We arrived at our checkin time Only to find that our room was not ready for over an hour and a half later . When we finally got to the room, it smelled like rotten eggs, Went to put up our groceries and the refrigerator drawer fell out when we open the door, There was no garbage can in the room, And the worst part is when we went to make the bed on the pullout couch, where my kids were going to sleep. It was saturated with urine and soaking wet. I had to make another Walmart trip for an air mattress and room spray just to accommodate our week..My husband came down mid week and he wasn’t even allowed to park on premises . Horrible to say the least !!!

Needs updates

The unit needs updates to furniture. The living room couch & one of the chairs are very uncomfortable & old. On vacation you want a comfortable place to lounge & watch tv. The kitchen is great. Updated.

Vacation stay August 10-13

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix lll. The condo was nice. Would have given it five stars, but there were hairs on the blanket on the bed. Everything else was clean and tidy. Beach view was amazing. Will consider staying here again.
