L'ßle Fantasea deviendra votre fanta-sea d'été! Ce duplex de trois chambres est le choix parfait pour les grands groupes ou les familles, se trouve à quelques pas de la plage et comprend une vue sur l'océan depuis les deux niveaux. Chaque chambre dispose d'un lit double et d'un lit double et peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Avec deux salles de bains complÚtes, une cuisine complÚte, une salle à manger et de nombreux siÚges pour tous, ce sera le lieu de vacances idéal.

We had the best week. Spent time at beach. Had a beach view. All applications worked. Took ferry to Ocracoke. Drove to Lost Colony. Lighthouses .dog had a great time too

The place was nice, clean, furnished and 2 houses back from the beach.. However the wifi didn't work the first few days we were there...we had to call the tech support number a few times. Wasn't really an issue, more of an inconvenience than anything. Also make sure you bring spare triple a batteries for the supplied Roku remotes.

Family holidays

The place is very beautiful and practical. The beach is good and not too crowded like some other places. We had the impression from the photos that we were the second line of housing after the beach but rather a 5th house at the back. There is a BBQ outside but it is located on the ground, law of the house and must provide briquette and all the inconveniences that come with that... There was only a stove in the kitchen and it was not non-stick. We spent the week rubbing it! Apart from his three negative remarks, we recommend this place which was all in all very good. PS: Don't go to the nearest market to do your grocery shopping, opt for the Food Lion, much more variety and much less expensive

Clean, updated and the view and light from the deck is outstanding. I wish that the beach erosion hadn't made it harder to take off for walks at high tide. Lots of dogs so it would be great to have a gate on this unit's deck.

Buxton

Buxton is a unique place on Hatteras Island. The beach is enclosed and not overcrowded. And it is absolutely beautiful. The weather was perfect. And the Fantasea accentuated the beauty of the beach. It is spacious and clean. When we arrived, one of the lamps was broken. I texted to the office and it was taken care of immediately. I highly recommend it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Island Fantasea - top level for our first visit to the OBX/Cape Hatteras. The house was clean, well maintained and had a well stocked kitchen. Our Linens were clean. The management staff were easy to work with and even gave us a blender (the only thing missing from our kitchen) to use for our vacation cocktails so we didn't have to buy one. I enjoyed the location of the rental the beach was easily accessible for us, including a child with a broken leg in a cast. My only slight inconvenience is that I asked about linen being provided and was told it was but I was not told that to get clean towels I would have to wash them my self or pay a linen exchange fee. As I said this was only a slight inconvenience and I wish it had been explained to me instead of having to reading about it on the refrigerator magnet. All in all our stay was great and I look forward to returning.

Very comfortable and quiet, with good views of the ocean, lighthouse and island. Good location and is in a small development with other rentals. Nice layout with plenty of comfortable beds and amenities. There was mention of a communal laundry facilities, but could not find, so would need to contact office to find out about linen service. Office was not easily located.

June Fishing Trip

Clean and comfortable. Perfect size place for a family with 3 or 4 children or six people looking for an affordable getaway. Myself and 5 friends were there to fish. Perfect location to walk to the beach and, as the locals know, there is good fishing behind this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely enjoyed our time in the upper unit of Island Fantasea through Lighthouse View Lodging! Great access to beach and pool. The staff was amazing.. we were missing some utensilsand cookware but they provided it to us immediately. We could have used a couple more bath towels since there were 7 of us,but we just did laundry a little sooner than expected. And some nail heads were sticking up on the deck, but they were out of the way for the most part. Neither issue would sway me not to stay again though.We will definitely use them again and definitely reccomend them!!
