This is a wonderful family house. I use for a business trip but it accommodates a big familiy comfortable. My stayed here has only positive and beautiful reviews. I loved to stay here. Everything is clean, safe, comfortable, and you have everything you need at hand. Host was there promptly every time I need it. Thanks

Our stay at this Greensboro home was idyllic! Lovely space and perfect area for what we needed. We will definitely be staying again when available as it is right down the street from my daughter’s home. A few items to note: water pressure fluctuates when/if the shower is running on both levels of the house. The porch was wonderful to sit on every morning, there was plenty of space for my family to relax and hang out during our stay. Beds and rooms were cozy and clean.

Rough stay...extremely close to the main road and very noisy. There were also issues with sound and the downstairs rental. It was easy for them to har us, and it was easy for us to hear them. Suggestions in the listing that the unit is quiet are not accurate. There were also serious low water pressure issues that popped up from time to time. Disappointing experience overall.

The property is located in an urban setting, and some level of external noise can occasionally be present. We do our best to reflect this in the listing so guests can make an informed decision before booking. That said, we understand how important a quiet environment is, and we’re sorry it did not meet your expectations. We also appreciate your comments regarding sound transfer between units. As a multi-unit property, occasional noise travel can occur, and we continue to look at ways to improve guest comfort where possible. We do also actively ask all guests to keep noise levels to a respectful minimum, as this is part of our house rules designed to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone in the building. We’re grateful you highlighted other aspects of the home and appreciate you taking the time to leave a review.

This house had upgraded furnishings for an older home. Decorated nicely with everything we needed as far as amenities. Host was easily accessible and responded very quickly to our issues. My main complaints are that the master bath is tiny and I thought I was renting a single family home but learned upon arrival that other tenants were renting the basement below us with a separate entrance. They kept us awake at 3 in the morning with loud music and a barking dog. Contacted the owner and issue was corrected however I would not have rented this property if I had known this. If this is not an issue for you, I feel it was a good location and a nice property.
