Fabulous Beachside Condo! By Rent On Padre

This is a Fabulous first floor condo that sleeps 6 from Rent On Padre. You will love fabulous 2 BR condo 1/2 block to beach. You will enjoy the fresh contemporary furnishings in this unit. The living room as well as each bedroom has its own flat screen TV. The Kitchen is fabulous with granite counters. You will love preparing your food in here. Enjoy your poolside condo from your morning coffee to happy hour!

The Primary Bedroom has a lovely King size bed as well as its own private en suite. The second bedroom has 2 queen size beds. The hall bathroom has a bathtub/shower and the Master has a walk in shower.

This condo is in the middle of the island, within walking distance of many of the restaurants and nightlife. Your group will love staying here!

Nearby activities include: Golf, Water Park (seasonal), Surf Fishing, Bay Fishing, Deep Sea Fishing, Boating, Canoeing, Kayaking, Hiking, Fitness Center, Miniature Golf, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Museums, Beachcombing, Horseback Riding, Nightlife, and many, many, restaurants.

Please note, this condo does not allow Spring Break Students. During the month of March through Easter, this condo is a family only rental. Young groups will not be allowed to rent here.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved this place. It was a first floor unit. We got to park right outside our door. It was easy to bring stuff in. The staff at Rent On Padre was really wonderful and a great help. We have used them many times and will use them again.

Relaxing and convenient location

The condo is located conveniently within distance of many restaurants. It is a short distance from the beach. Our family really appreciates the small basket of necessities. That was very thoughtful. We quite enjoyed our short break!

Spacious and clean

We loved the location, size, and cleanliness of the property. The reason I did not rate it a 5 star was because the oven did not work, stovetop only worked on high but cooked slowly, lighting in one room wasn’t great, and no access to the pool from our room.

had alot of issues with the renting property, we couldn't get in because the code that was provided to us didn't work, the stove didn't workwe buy groceriesand could cook , the front door pretty dirty, the kitchen faucet was leaking (my husband fix it? and is pretty dirty and outdated, then the first bathroom toilet had no water( my husband make it work) also the door at the second bathroom ( pocket door) was not working properly, the curtains at the master bedroom keep falling off because didn't have anything to hold them. So I really believe we deserve a refund.
