Le condo est juste un demi-pùté de maisons de la plage et l'accÚs à la plage.

Ce condo est nouvelle vient de terminer en Juillet 2010. À distance de marche des commerces et des restaurants de fruits de mer.
La configuration est un roi et 2 reines et un lit jumeau. La piscine est partagée par les vacances de la construction. Il ya un barbecue à charbon pour cuisiner en plein air. Des chaises longues sont disponibles à la piscine
 

South Padre est le meilleur endroit pour faire de la pĂȘche de la baie.

Beautiful spacious condo small pool and cute grill in back super close to beach 4 min walk only thing is take blankets only linens on beds other then that loves this place

Our stay was nice, but went too fast. We need to stay longer next time. The place overall was nice.There are some repairs needed. The master bathroom made a noise in the pipes every time the toilet was flushed.The kitchen could use some updated pots and pans.But over all it was nice.

Absolutely love this rental. My children were very happy and thanked me for finding this rental. At first I was nervous that we were gonna be treated unfairly bc we are black but Pablo was very kind. Thank you Mr. Pablo!

Amazing place loved my stayed ❀

When we walked in I was amazed how clean it was. I loved the place cause it was walking distance from.the beach! So pleased with overall property. Grill & pool as well.

Nice property

The owner was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The location was great, very close to the beach and centrally located on SPI. Good WiFi, plenty of cooking utensils etc., beds were comfortable. The condo was clean and ready when we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay.

Simple, but Enjoyable

No frills, pretty minimalistic but a wonderful location, walkable to the beach and several great restaurants. Owner responded very quickly and was helpful with our requests!

Family vacation

The place is what it is described to be on the details . Property manager is nice and communicates well. The place is really spacious didn't expect that from the looks of the outside. Helps when traveling with kids . The only flaw I found was the living TV might need replacing the speaker volume sounded weird ,and beds don’t have blanket so suggest to bring your own blankets.

The owner was very helpful and promptly replied to all my text or phone calls. The place was very clean close to the beach and my family enjoyed our stay. The only complaint is that there was not enough towels for showers.

Nice Place

The place looks pretty much as described in a nice area walking distance to the beach. Very limited on what's provided, no comforters on the bed, no beach chairs etc. The kitchen has plates and cookware no seasonings. Overall it's a nice place for the price.

Friend trip

Location was excellent. House was clean. The last night there there was a large amount of rain and some of the windows leaked and door to pool area. House had very limited “extras” such as towels, garbage bags. There wasn’t even any coffee filters. But overall would stay there again- just now know we would have to buy all the extras.

Absolutely beautiful condo

The condo exceeded our expectations. It had everything you could ask for, kitchenware, beautiful furnishings, clean linen, towels, etc. The floorplan was well laid out and the washer and dryer were an unexpected bonus. My family and I rented two condos and we were both very impressed. You are literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. I will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Good Overall

Overall we had a really good experience. The only slight complaint was that for 4 nights they left only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people, so it would have been nice to have more. Otherwise it was really nice. Thank you!

Disrespectful/Horrible Host

As we were staying here, someone tried to break into the property around 4 am, and we called the cops and had them settle everything, the perpetrator broke the back window during the process, I call to inform the host or property owner and he instantly went to blaming me for the damages and that it was my fault and he was going to charge me for the damages, verbatim “since it was inside the property and you were staying your going to have to pay for it” after I sent him all the police reports and had the police even tell me that I wouldn’t be paying for this he ended up still even charging my card for the damages! I even bought the damn insurance and he still charged my card! So I called vrbo and they helped me out with this, worst host experience ever, all he cared about was the damn house, didn’t even ask about how we were doing or what’s going on with the break in on his property

Condo is in desperate need of some TLC! Condo is very inadequate!

The outside of the condo needs maintenance, there is trash behind the stairs. You need to take your own towels and wash cloths, if not you will be washing everyday. Bring your own pots & pans. The few there are battered and scraped. No curtains in the bedrooms so be prepared for the sunlight to wake you up very early. Beds are uncomfortable, hard and lumpy. Bring your own pillows & blankets, not enough for everyone. Restrooms are falling apart, middle shower only had 1 water temp - scalding. Maintenance came in the middle of the night but was unable to fix it but "ridged" it to where it could not be touched. Small pool. If you want to gill make sure you claim it early, only 2. Owner lives above unit 1 & can be heard stopping around at all hours of the night. Condo looks nice but when you stay there you start to see the holes and marks on the wall. Condo is in need of maintance! Walk to the beach is longer than described.

Great Beach Stay

We loved staying at this property. The beach is within walking distance and it was perfect for our family. Each of us had our own space and it was freshly cleaned when we arrived. Here are a few things to keep in mind- only sheets are provided but we brought blankets with us. There are only a few pans to cook with so bring your own if you plan on cooking a lot. The shower was a little hard to figure out at first. Overall, a great stay at the beach! Would stay again.

Good basic accommodations

The house was very adequate for our needs. A 10 min walk to the nearest beach, and 5 min to reach public transportation. Don’t expect any extras and you won’t be disappointed.

Awesome STAY/ Place

This place was amazing!! Quick lil stay with my family for 2 in one celebrations 
 and we were so very happy, with our stay. House is AWESOME!! DEFINITELY gonna stay another time ❀ Owner responds fast, and answers all the questions!! House was nice and clean
