Welcome to Seabrook Cottage, an adorable, restored barn in the heart of the Southwest Harbor. Perfect for two, with one bedroom, a comfortable living /dining area, modern kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washer/dryer. Sliding glass doors open onto a small deck for morning espresso and there is an easy path to the harbor for beachcombing at low tide and a swim spot for the pup.
The âQuietsideâ is the perfect home base for exploring Acadia National Park by land and sea. Nearby less-traveled trails for hiking and biking, swimming at Echo Lake and Long Pond, kayaking stand-up paddleboarding and boating charters are just a short walk away at Dysartâs Marina. Bar Harbor and the Park Loop Road are twenty scenic minutes away by car or the propane-fueled Island Explorer bus (bike and dog friendly).
After a day of exploring, stroll into town for exceptional cuisine whether lobster any way, world-class bakeries, breakfast, lunch and dinner spots --- plus grab and go picnic fare, gourmet shops and groceries. Our sweet local library welcomes visitors and has exceptional summer programs.
We love this island SO much and want you too as well.
