You’ll love this fantastic remodeled luxury 3BD/2BA condo in the prestigious Greenlinks Lely Golf Resort.

You don’t have to be a golfer to LOVE this place. The condo is close to world-famous beaches, shopping, downtown Naples, and Marco Island. Guests have FULL access to all the amenities (pool, hot tub, tennis ) of the Greenlinks clubhouse, which is steps away from our front door.

MASTER BDR #1
The master bedroom offers a luxurious King bed, Smart TV, walk in closet, and a spacious en suite with a frameless glass shower, soaker tub and sinks.

BEDROOM #2

The second bedroom offers a luxurious Queen bed, Smart TV, direct access to attached bathroom with a large glass frameless shower.

BEDROOM #3

The third bedroom offers a luxurious queen bed and Smart TV.

KITCHEN:

Spacious open concept kitchen fully equipped for your convenience with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. Also have 3 bar chairs for sitting.

DINING ROOM:

Dining features 4 sitter dining table with 4 comfortable chairs to enjoy dinner with family & friends.

LANAI (balcony):

Enjoy your breakfast and stunning sunrise scenery on our screened patio-furnished balcony with access from both the living room and master bedroom, overlooking the lake and golf course.

Tee times must occur through the Greenlinks Club House and not direct with the golf course management and are subject to availability

CONDO is located on the first floor.

ON RESORT DINING:

Sam Snead's Oak Grill and Tavern is now open at GreenLinks, located
at the Flamingo Clubhouse and is walking distance from the condo.

NEIGHBOURHOOD:

Lely Resort located in between Naples and Marco Island.
10-20 minutes city drive from the downtown, shops, restaurants, spectacular beaches in either location.

You'll be a quick drive from Naples Pier Beach, Tigertail Beach and Lowdermilk Park for fun in the sun, and Naples Zoo 12 miles away.


We may consider hosting a furry member of your family (up to 2 dogs only). PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. We do have restrictions (under 35lbs) and would like to know a little about your dog before approving it. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $99 (conditional upon approval)

$500 Fine if you bring an animal and don't pay the pet fee.
