Welcome to your newly remodeled family retreat on Lake Livingston — the perfect place to recharge, soak in breathtaking views and sunsets, and enjoy life on the water! Nestled in a peaceful cove with calm waters, this home offers direct lake access, a private boat dock, and great fishing.

Inside, you’ll find:
• A spacious, open-concept floor plan with room for everyone to relax comfortably
• Large windows with gorgeous lake views
• Indoor fun with foosball, ping pong, air hockey, shuffleboard, and board games

Outside, enjoy:
• A partially covered patio for lounging or grilling
• An open deck for corn hole, sunbathing, and incredible lake views
• A rope swing, fishing poles, lawn games, and a giant Lilly pad (floating lake mat) for hours of fun
• Charcoal and propane grills with a fully stocked kitchen ready for meals

The house comfortably sleeps 10 guests, but we never want to turn away a child or grandparent — feel free to reach out if your group is larger.

✔ Covered carport for 2 vehicles plus street parking for 1 car. $150 fee for each additional car

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM to preserve the peaceful cove environment
• Intended for 6 adults and their children — please contact us if your group includes more than 6 adults
• Unauthorized guests: $150 per guest fee applies
• Safety and Security: Ring cameras are installed at the front entrance and rear of the home facing the dock
• Late check-out without prior approval: $150 + tax
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee if the home isn’t booked the same day
• Tiered pricing: Discounts apply based on the length of your stay
