"Is there parking for multiple cars?"

Yes, our driveway can accommodate multiple vehicles. The roads are paved and any type of vehicle can easily get to the property.

"Is the home gated?"

No, the property is not gated. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with very little through-traffic, only a neighbor or two now and then.

“What’s the minimum age requirement for booking?”

Our minimum age required to book is 18 :)

"Can I throw a party with loud music and invite all my friends and their friends?"

No, loud house parties violate our house rules. If you do this, you will be charged a $3,000 penalty and we will call the police immediately. Quiet, non-destructive parties that respect our quiet hours are welcome.

"What are your quiet hours?"

Our quiet hours begin at 9:00pm and end at 9:00am. These are in place out of respect for our community. We have privacy-compliant noise decibel monitoring sensors installed, sending us real time data on noise levels that exceed our thresholds during quiet hours.

“Do you offer payment plans?”

By default, full payment is required to confirm your reservation. We can’t control payment plans on our end, but in the event that one is offered by Airbnb, you will see the option when booking.

"Do you offer discounts?"

You will get an automatic 60%+ discount for monthly stays.

"How close is the beach?"

The nearest beach is only 14 minutes away, and there are many other beaches close by as well!
