My family came to visit my sister and this place was perfect for us. Loved the pool! The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Great location and nice amenities. We would definitely come back! More than enough room for a family!

Chris, the owner was very responsive. He answered any questions and handled any issues immediately. Supplies were abundant, from beach towels, toys and chairs, to paper goods My husband and i would stay there again without hesitation.

House was perfect and host was responsive with all questions. Amenities were fantastic as home was stocked with almost anything you needed. The 4 bedrooms were spacious and home is well laid out to accommodate up to 12 people overnight. Would definitely stay here again. Check- in was super easy too!

Perfect stay for a big family

We searched far and wide for a VRBO with enough beds AND a pool near the beach. This place was perfect! Very well stocked with beach toys, towels, kitchen items, bedding etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice property the kids loved the bunk beds and the most part the pool it’s a very beachy elegant place once you walked in it felt like your on vacation that’s how us adults have felt everything in the house felt made you feel like you was in the beach just peace and joyfulness we enjoyed our stay and we all look forward to visiting again

We traveled down for a family funeral and couldn’t have had a better place to stay!!! The host was very accommodating, compassionate, and responsive before and during our stay. Everything was very comfortable and being able to have our two fur-children with us sure helped during such a tough time. Will be staying here again everytime we come down to visit our family in the future!!!

Owner is awesome!!

This is a fabulous house with an awesome pool. The owner, Chris, is so great to work with. The house is equipped with so many things for young children from toys to plates and utensils and even a blowup shark slide that my grandson loved!!! We enjoyed our stay immensely!!!

Family vacation

Lovely house in a nice neighborhood with convenient access to highway and stores. The house is maintained very well, i.e., pool and yard maintained regularly. Really appreciate all the amenities on site for our infant grandson, these items made our first trip with the baby effortless. Property manager quick to respond to questions and provided an abundance of information upon request. Would highly recommend this spot.

Perfect for our whole family

We had my parents, mother-in-law, four (adult and teenage) kids as well as our pets with us. We were all very comfortable. The pool in the back is perfect. This is the most well stocked rental we have stayed in. The location is central. We went to Fort De Soto Beach with the dogs, Clearwater Beach and Maderia Beach to jet ski and watch the sunset. We went to the North Shore Aquatic Complex to watch a swim meet too The host is very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay.

Tampa Graduation

We came to the Tampa area because my daughter was graduating from the University of Tampa. We are from Iowa. I needed a place that felt like home to hang a small gathering for her graduation. This home was perfect and fun. We made memories for a lifetime!!

Wedding time!

We enjoyed our stay! The house is large and bright. The pool and yard area were great. It was great for us because it was close to family and the venue for the wedding. Christopher was always quick to respond to any of my inquiries. My grandchildren stopped over and enjoyed the pool and loved the bunk beds. Thank you again for your hospitality.

We would 100% stay here again!

We would 100% stay here again! The house was adorable! It was fully stocked with all the necessities for our family of six (our two boys under the age of 7, both grandmothers & my husband & myself). The house was spotless, had plenty of towels/linens, & a fully stocked kitchen. The pool was so clutch! It was very clean the entire week we were there & had plenty of pool toys to keep us all entertained. The hosts were so quick to respond to all of our many questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous House w/ a Pool

We stayed at Chris' place for our daughter's December USF graduation weekend. The house was perfect for our family and friends crew. The house is lovely and the pool area is so fun! Everything we needed was there. The neighborhood is a quiet, safe residential area and there was plenty of parking. Chris is a master communicator and addressed every question and need we had. The beds were all very comfortable and the place was spotless! We chose the area because it was central to St. Pete, USF, and the airport. Highly recommend this property and this host!

Great family friendly property!

The communication with the host was impeccable! The house was clean with easy access to main roads, and only 25 minutes to Clearwater beach. The pool was able to be heated for an extra fee which was prefect for the little ones. Extra towels were available, beach towels and toys, beds were super comfy, and the host even provided basic kitchen and bath essentials like trash bags, paper towels, etc. to get us started. The kids had their own kitchen utensils and enjoyed the bunk bed room. Felt like you were at home! Thank again Chris!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

Had a wonderful stay in this family friendly home located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and exactly as pictured. Communication with the host Chris was excellent. Greatly appreciated the extras that were provided like laundry detergent, built in body wash, shampoo/conditioner dispenser in bathrooms, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. Who likes to buy this on vacation. The gift basket with water and snacks was very thoughtful and appreciated as was the coffee! The home had plenty of space and kitchen was well stocked. We used the pool everyday and Chris had it ready and heated upon arrival.Created many happy family memories in this beautiful well decorated home and would definitely return!

We are a family of five with two boys and one girl. Chris was born and raised in St. Pete, while Erica was born and raised in St. Augustine. We have always wanted to take a leap and rent out a property in an area that we absolutely love. We love the local nearby beaches, which are ranked some of the top beaches in the country. We also feel fortunate to live within 30 minutes of three major professional sports teams. Hopefully, you feel welcomed and enjoy your stay in our home, on the beautiful Gulf Coast.
