Casa Dolphina offre des vues en eau libre les plus spectaculaires combinées avec une superbe architecte d'intérieur et de jardins luxuriants magnifiquement entretenus offrant intimité et de sérénité.
Pour les activités sur place jouent dans la cour de basket-ball, travailler jusqu'à une sueur dans le sauna, la pratique sur la mise dîner vert ou le poisson sur le quai. Vous pouvez lancer les Kayaks de la grande plate-forme contrôlée à distance pour explorer la petite île à travers la maison. Le quai a également un powerlift devrait vous voulez apporter votre propre bateau (payant).
La grande piscine d'eau salée a des panneaux solaires et offre une pompe à chaleur (payant) pour vous tenir chaud toute l'année. Le spa dispose de sa propre pompe à chaleur (sans frais). Nous sommes positifs, que tous ces équipements répondront à vos normes les plus élevées.

We stayed here with family of 12- ages 9-73! Had the best time in pool, fishing off dock, kayaking and watching sunsets! Lots to do in the area but kids loved hanging out at property ! From treading contests in the pool to cornhole tournaments- all had a blast! The hosts were the very best with great communication and special treats. ! Woukd stay again!JC July 2026

What wonderful hosts! Such a sweet experience getting to meet them. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and found it ideal for our family vacation. The house easily accommodated our family of 8. Dolphin sitings were a real treat as was fishing from the dock and kayaking over to Jack's island. We would definitely rent this property again!

Amazing place to stay! Loved seeing the dolphins and other sea creatures from the dock. Enjoyed fishing from the dock and kayaking to the nearby island. All the cooking supplies we needed and lots of great space for relaxing.

Our family had a very wonderful time. The grandkids absolutely loved the pool not to mention the adults also. Watching the dolphins swimming by just about everyday was an added bonus. All the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The host Fabienne and Gerold were very attentive to our needs, they really wanted us to have a very pleasant stay. I wood definitely book another vacation at Casa Dolphina.

I hardly know where to begin — our stay was absolutely incredible!-Communication was seamless, which made check‑in and check‑out effortless.-The views were truly unforgettable. Absolutely breathtaking.-The beds were extremely comfortable, many with stunning views right from the room.-We saw so much wildlife — dolphins, exotic birds, even manatees!-There was no shortage of things to do: a huge pool, a game room with a pool table, kayaks (you can paddle out to a little island!), and a relaxing hot tub.-The hosts were incredibly gracious and welcoming.We already miss it and hope we can return soon!

Our hosts were wonderful. They greeted us once we were settled and when we had a question about how to operate the hot tub, they came right over! The decor was eclectic and wonderful, the beds were comfortable and plentiful and there was so much t0 do on property (pool, hot tub, fishing, kayaks, board games, billiards etc..) that we didn’t feel the need to really go anywhere else!

The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. We were a group of 8 with one day (85th birthday party for my husband),we had 19 people. We had plenty of space. The pool,hot tub, Florida Room Cabanna areas all excellent. Our family fished every day off the dock and caught a variety of fish. The kayaks were taken out on excursions every day multiple times. Fabian and Gerold were very attentive and helpful. The surprised us with wonderful - delicious treats on multiple occasions. All I can say is Casa Dolphin was the perfect resort for our family and it was sad to leave. I’m sure we will return.

Fabienne and Gerald are absolutely wonderful hosts for this beautiful property! The house was exactly as described, but better! Our children loved swimming in the pool during the day and we caught a large variety of fish directly off the dock including snappers, sheepshead, ladyfish, saltwater catfish, flounder, and even a couple of hammerhead sharks! We also loved our daily visits from dolphins, stingrays, and even a few manatees. Would highly recommend. 10/10.

Our whole family (adult kids included) stayed at Casa Dolphina for a week, and it was absolutely wonderful. Fabienne and Gerald are incredibly kind, responsive, and knowledgeable about the area – they answered every question we had and made us feel right at home.The location is perfect – close to the beach, and we kayaked every single day right from the property. Highly recommend booking massages at Two Reds just down the street – a must-do! We also cooked most of our meals on the Blackstone griddle, which made feeding a crowd so easy.One of the sweetest surprises was the little snowy egret who visited us daily by the pool. We named him George, and he became part of our family – just hung out with us every day. We're going to miss him!This was truly the most relaxing vacation we've had as a family. Thank you, Fabienne and Gerald, for sharing your beautiful home with us. Five stars all the way.

Casa Dolphina has a backyard paradise and covered sunroom that is perfect for groups with varying ages and interests. The kayaks/kayak lift, fishing from the dock, the birds, dolphin, manatee, gorgeous sunsets, and the perfect hosts can't be beat. This wasn't our first visit and won't be our last.

Beautiful place for our group to relax after working the St Pete Boat Show. Nicely maintained property with stunning views and nice amenities. I have stayed at a lot of VRBOs that list pool tables as an amenity only to find out they were junk. This is a proper table with nice cues and a dedicated space. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to entertain properly. The hosts were friendly and very attentive.

Our hosts were perfectly delightful and responded to all of our inquiries promptly. The property is in a beautiful secluded quiet neighborhood. The backyard is naturally private due to it's location on the point, with literally everything to offer. The heated pool was crystal clean, with a beautiful patio that separates the pool from the ocean. The dock and platform was great for fishing and kayaking. A nice quaint island beach was a 7 minute kayak trip. We saw Manta Rays and dolphin every day. This location is rare with seclusion and a 6 to 10 minute drive to anything you desire. We already booked it for 2027.Thank you.

The property was amazing, perfect for our group of 3 families with 11 people-plenty of outdoor and indoor space for relaxing between exploring nearby attractions and down time. The hosts were very responsive and made our stay extra memorable.

Great Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We would excitingly go back!! We caught multiple sharks from the dock, loved the pool, used the outdoor dining almost every night, and found the owners to be kind and wonderful.
