Very nice and quiet spot. Everything was set up well…appreciated the treats on hand as some days eating was skipped and it was good to have a little something there. Beds were comfortable…I appreciated Aric getting back to us right away when we had questions. Lovely stay for my first time to Boston.

A very nice property overall. Be advised you are in a downstairs unit with the owners living above. The wood floors are inherently noisy- no fault of theirs but if they are at all active after your bedtime, as was our case, it can be a disturbance.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. It’s centrally located to so many attractions and to Harvard. Parking is super easy and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The unit was absolutely gorgeous, updated, and spacious with well-apppointed amenities. The beds were comfortable, WiFi was strong, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We had such a great stay here.

What a great spot! The house was perfect for our family and the host was accessible and attentive. The space was clean and neat and the attention to detail was very helpful. This included labels on the cabinets and drawers so you knew where to find things and a QR code to a video to explain how to use the pullout couch which was VERY helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

If I could give our host and his home 10 stars, I would. Due to a medical situation, we stayed for an extended period, it suited our needs, and we loved it. From the well equipped kitchen (cooking was fun with the well stocked spice rack), to the large screen TV, the sofa in the living room, the incredibly quiet and unobtrusive the air conditioners, the super comfortable pillows and beds, the serene and comforting terrariums to the lovely neighboring gardens. The driveway was a plus. Our host was responsive, accommodating and gracious. We’d definitely stay there again!

This may be the nicest VRBO property we have ever visited. Spotlessly clean, well appointed, very nice host. Located in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. The off street parking was a great addition. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Boston.
