This property does have a working elevator! -Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying -Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways -Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic -Parties and/or events are not allowed -No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke -Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal -$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit -Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom -Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance -Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout. -Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. The condo was exactly as pictured! The kitchen had everything necessary if we had been cooking, but we enjoyed the local restaurants this trip!! The location was perfect, we had a great view of the beach and the dolphin pods from the balcony. We watched them for hours jumping and chasing fish!! We hope that the other buildings and pool are able to be repaired or rebuilt and understand it takes time. The hurricanes are so destructive, we went thru Ian 3 years ago and totally get it!! We were happy that there were as many restaurants and shops open as there were, I don't think we missed visiting any of them!! We didn't have to use our car at all, as everything was within walking distance. The Host were awesome, very easy to reach and responded quickly to the one question we did have.The bed, the A/C, TV reception, functionality of the room, etc was all perfect. All in all, it was an amazing stay at an amazing place!
