Good location on property

Condo wasn’t very clean when we arrived. Had strong smell of bleach but floor and surfaces not clean. Patio furniture was comfortable but old.

What you see is not always what you get!

Refrigerator was not working. Staff provided extension chord which helped as the outlet was not working. Chord was lying across the kitchen floor and was an obstacle the entire time. This unit was extremely dated and all the furniture was cheap. All beds were as cheap as they come and a full bed in the master bedroom. Never saw that before. Just not a very nice place for the price!

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify, there was no issue with the refrigerator in the condo. We were able to troubleshoot the outlet the refrigerator was plugged into, and it is now working properly. I apologize for the inconvenience of the extension cord, but we wanted to make sure you had power to the fridge until we were able to figure out the outlet issue. I will share your feedback with the owner about the furniture, but it is a Silver rated condo meaning it does have some outdated decor and furniture. We recommend booking one of our "Gold Rated" condos if you want a newly renovated and updated condo. Lastly, I wanted to note the master bed is a queen size and not a full. We hope you were still able to enjoy your beautiful beach vacation, and please call us next time you want to book and we will be happy to find the best condo fit for your family's needs. New Year’s Getaway

Reviewer Comments: Excellent location and views of the green space, the ocean, and the pool!!! 2207 is a charming unit. As this was a VERY last minute trip, I ultimately chose this unit because of the views, the number of bedrooms, the affordability, and the size of the tv in the living room. There were some dated aspects to the unit but it was fine for us! The master bed was very comfortable!! Checkout could’ve been a bit smoother due to a misunderstanding about the number of keys we were given, however after departing I received a call with an apology:/ Overall we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Colony Reef Club again. Distance to nearby events (downtown, fishing, amphitheater, restaurants, and local fireworks) was an easy 5-10 miles. Things to note: pool and hot tub closes at DUSK, there are no lights on the pickleball court so after dusk games aren’t possible.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The facility as a whole was great! Pools, beach access great. 2207 needs a little work. Light switches don’t turn anything on (bulbs out? But didn’t know what bulbs) MB bath shower door is part glass door & pest curtain(2nd door busted?) same shower has obvious mold on ceiling-need to remove popcorn ceiling to properly remove mold. Same bathroom sink height made for very short people. Given 2 keys, golden one doesn’t work. Silver did. Most of the vertical blinds need repairing or replacing. Pull chains/ropes work &don’t work. Outlet right of stove not working. No pot holders.

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to CRC since 1985 - we are1985 original owners and having been rentingadditional condos since we sold our condo fouryears ago. This year for the first time everwe encountered problems with the management company. When my daughter in law's family checked in there were fans everywhere and a very musty smell. Nothing was said when check in was made and when I went to office to ask they kept saying (all three of them) they didn't know the fans were still in there. Not offering an explanation. One continued to eat her lunch, the other continued to decorate for the 4th of July and the other just kept saying guaranteed check in is 4 PM. Finally, I wastold there was a leak up above this condo and if we thought that was bad we should see the one above it. Finally, maintenance man came and said he would remove the fans immediately however the order remained the whole week wewere there.
