If you are unsure whether you will need to stay longer than 30 days, you may begin with a 30-day booking. Once you let us know that you would like to extend, we will prioritize your stay and notify you before accepting other booking requests to help keep your stay uninterrupted.

Our guest home is next to supermarkets, restaurants, laundromats, salons, and a variety of stores. New York-Presbyterian Queens is also nearby. Guests can enjoy visiting the nearby Queens Botanical Garden a few blocks away or walking to the beautiful 235-acre Kissena Park.

A 24-hour city bus stops next to the building. Downtown Flushing, the subway, and the Long Island Rail Road are less than 1 mile away or a short bus ride, providing convenient access to Manhattan.

Situated in a safe neighborhood, the home offers a private entrance, private bathroom, personal living spaces with no shared living areas, and a kitchenette. There is limited, free, shared, overnight parking on site and free 24/7 street parking. Safety features include secured gates, controlled-access building entrances, unique guest codes, and 24-hour cameras in public areas (entrances, stairways, and parking).

Our homes are newly furnished, quiet, and smoke-free with the comforts and conveniences needed for an extended stay. Before each check-in, each is professionally cleaned and prepared with fresh bed linens, toiletries, and other essentials. On-site or nearby management is available when help is needed.
