Récemment rénové! Profitez d'une pause de votre rythme effréné au 88 Grand Pavilion. Situé sur une rue bordée d'arbres pittoresques, cette maison de 5 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bain est un chalet de plage moderne qui est situé au cœur de Wild Dunes. Mieux encore, il n'est qu'à trois minutes à pied de la promenade du Grand Pavilion, qui a un accès direct à la plage et deux piscines en bord de mer!

Ce fantastique chalet de plage a été complètement vidé et rénové par le célèbre architecte de bas pays, Christopher Rose. De plus, il a été décoré professionnellement par Chinn Rose + Design LLC. La rénovation comprenait une nouvelle cuisine sur mesure avec tous les nouveaux appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, l'ajout d'une salle d'eau au premier étage, toutes les nouvelles salles de bains, une nouvelle douche extérieure privée, toutes les nouvelles fenêtres et portes à l'épreuve des ouragans Anderson. Détendez-vous dans la véranda arrière récemment fermée dotée de baies vitrées qui captent toute la lumière et les vues sans toute la chaleur. Le pont de la véranda arrière abrite un barbecue à gaz pour les repas d'été après votre journée à la plage. Sirotez des cocktails ou ayez du désert sur les rockers du porche pour terminer votre belle journée à la plage.
L'étage principal dispose de trois chambres King chacune avec leur propre salle de bain privée. Le deuxième étage comprend une chambre avec lit king-size, une chambre avec trois lits jumeaux et un lit de repos avec lit gigogne et une salle de bains commune. Toutes les chambres auront une télévision 4K et un radio-réveil ihome. Une caractéristique supplémentaire est un réfrigérateur à vin / boisson Marvel. Parfait pour des boissons supplémentaires!

Carte de sport Wild Dunes Resort Club! Une carte de sport est requise pour accéder au Club Swim Center, à la salle de remise en forme Club (frais d'entrée), au Tennis Center (des frais de justice s'appliquent). Accès accordé à la piscine Palm Cove après 15 h et à la piscine Boardwalk Inn après 16 h avec carte Sports. Accès toute la journée aux deux piscines du Grand Pavilion en bord de mer et à la promenade avec cette location. Seules les propriétés dotées de la Wild Dunes Sports Card ont accès à ces équipements.

Lovely home in perfect location

This renovated 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home is perfect for families of 10. We could easily walk to beach, swimming pools, and food and drink. But the house has comfortable bedrooms and large kitchen so everyone can gather and cook. Oh, an abundance of televisions!

awesome property. the check in / check out process only negative. 10am check out is already early...but to also be asked to drove off-site to return keys by 10am is aggressive. Should be 11am. Otherwise, great house.

The house is very nice and a good location. The only complaint would be the TV situation. Way too many remotes and a lot of misprogrammed functions and just way too complex for most people to be able to use. Very difficult to move between cable TV and other streaming apps and controlling volume about impossible.

Urine odor in upstairs bathroom

When we checked in there was an overwhelming urine smell upstairs - it seemed to be most prominent in the bathroom, even though the floors are tile. The rest of the upstairs is carpet. We were able to keep windows open upstairs and the bedrooms when closed up for sleeping at night did not smell. Other than the smell, and the uncertain of what was causing the smell and the exact location of the smell. I am giving the cleanliness rating a 5 because the rest of the house was spotless and I would expect that the owner will take care of this immediately.

Thank you for your patience and your comment that the home was spotless upon your arrival. We deeply regret that your initial impression of 88 Grand Pavilion was tainted. Following your visit, we closely examined the property and failed to locate anything as you had described. In addition to our inspection, the home has been occupied frequently since your departure without a report of a similar experience by the guests. Prior to your arrival, maintenance on the home included the removal of the attic insulation and the installation of spray foam. The challenge you described might have been attributed to this project, but we are thankful that nothing has been reported since. Thank you for sharing your experience in a wonderful home that is easily the nicest property in the Seaside Community and meticulously maintained by the property owner. Beachside Vacations

Family Spring Break

This house was the perfect spot for our two families to spend the week together. We really appreciated the king beds in each of the bedrooms and the well stocked kitchen. The location was fantastic with only a short walk to the beach. The only downside was that we came at the end of March during off season, one of the grand pavilion pools was under construction, none of the boardwalk shops were open and we did not have access to the brand new sweetgrass pool which the kids would have enjoyed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and this was the perfect location to experience Charleston for the first time.

beautiful beach house

PERFECT for families. We had a small issue with slow wifi - we had young kids with us. So they needed their movies, and our netflix was slow. The owner tried to fix it a soon as possible. The problem was not completely resolved, but I do feel like happy with how quickly he helped. Great kitchen with lots of appliances - like toaster, slow cooker, etc. Overall - one of the best home I have been in!

Awesome property

Me and my family were very impressed with the quality of the property. They had all the comforts of home and had thought through so many nice touches. High quality appliances and all we could ask for in the kitchen, nice Weber grill for grilling out, dual iPhone charging clocks in all the bedrooms, smarthome tv remotes, sonos whole house audio system, the list goes on. We are definitely considering making this property an annual trip.

Very nice as good as advertised, especially the kitchen. It had every and anything you would need. The only caveat is the beach furnishings. Typically, we spend a lot of time at the cloister at Sea Island, where beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are all taken of and provided. Saves us in dollars but more importantly, it saves us from the hassle of lugging chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc to and fro from the beach.

Great Vacation Home!!!

This is a beautifully appointed home with two large gathering spaces, large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. My family of 12 had room to spare. We will be renting again. The only negative would be the outdoor space but the lovely sunroom and large front porch more than made up for the lack of deck or patio space. Loved this home, wish I could give it 10 stars!!!

This place was perfect. The neutral tones and simplistic modern decor made it very relaxing. It was also very spacious and a lot of different rooms to relax in. We will likely be staying here again! The proximity to the beach and pools were within a few minutes of the house and was no issue for the children. We used vayK gear, I highly recommend two carts if you have children, one for the smaller kids, one for gear. Overall perfect experience.

My husband and I have rented many homes in the past, but 88 Grand Pavilion is absolutely the best! The home is so inviting and comfortable and equipped with everything you would need. Never have I stayed anywhere that all the beds were so comfortable. Everyone woke up the first morning saying the same thing- the beds are awesome. Televisions in every room and two on the sun porch and program selection was excellent. The Sports Card provided access to swimming, tennis, golf, and fitness. The beach was a scenic, 3 minute walk and other amenities were very close by. The home was extremely clean and well maintained. Everyone loved our week at Wild Dunes and we shall return...

The best yet!

This was a wonderful family vacation house located on a secluded cul de sac (great for children to ride their bicycles around.) The Grand Pavilion area provided a quick and easy walk to the beach. And what a beautiful and wide beach it is! The pools were nice to swim in after a day on the beach. The house is new, beautifully furnished in a contemporary style, and has large open entertainment areas. There are more than enough TV's, and the Sonos music system was a favorite. The front porch with rockers was relaxing. The 5 bedrooms were set apart from each other so that every couple had their own areas at the end of the day. Plenty of bathrooms, too! We enjoyed a pleasant 2 weeks with mostly great weather. Thank you!
