Bienvenue chez Villa Paradiso! Notre condo Clearwater Beach de luxe est vraiment l'épithète de style relaxant. Villa Paradiso a été récemment rénovée à partir de juillet 2016 et est luxueuse, luxueuse plage vivant en même temps, calme, chaleureuse et accueillante. Lorsque vous vous promenez dans une vue dégagée sur l'intercoastal, il est pratiquement impossible de ne pas se sentir immédiatement détendu. Passez du temps sur notre balcon et regardez les lamantins et les dauphins jouer, alors que vous appréciez un cocktail. Poissons hors de notre quai. Traversez la rue vers l'océan !!! Villa Paradiso est DIRECTEMENT SUR L'EAU, AVEC UN DEVELOPPEMENT NEUF DE 180 POINTS DE VUE D'EAU. Nous sommes sur le côté de la baie de la plage d'eau claire et directement en face de l'océan.

Que vous cherchiez à vous détendre sur la plage, profitez de la vie nocturne ou soit à côté de merveilleux restaurants; Villa Paradiso, notre condo de plage idéalement situé offre tout. Nous sommes situés de l'autre côté de la rue de Shepard, qui est la principale destination de Clearwater Beach pour les restaurants raffinés et la vie nocturne. Assurez-vous de profiter de leur brunch du dimanche. Nous sommes juste en face de la location de sports nautiques, où vous pouvez faire du paddle board, jetski, parasail et plus encore. Nous sommes également en face de la location de vélos, des locations de chariots de golf qui vous permettent de faire de la plage dans le style! Le restaurant du Famous Frenchy se trouve à 2 pâtés de maisons, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants célèbres à la plage et à l'océan qui sont encore plus proches. Marchez pour jouer au mini golf à 1 pâté de maisons. Il y a une petite épicerie située à 2 pâtés de maisons.

Villa Paradiso peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes confortablement, dans notre unité de coin de 3 lits / 2 baignoires. Il y a un ascenseur pour accéder à Villa Paradiso. Le complexe bien entretenu propose une piscine et un jacuzzi. Il y a un parking couvert.

This is our second time staying in this unit and it was as pleasant as the first time. Everything you need is right there for you. The unit and the building itself are well maintained and the pool was great. The building location is perfect within walking distance to restaurants, the beach, trolleys and shopping. The back yard balcony views are the perfect place for morning coffee in and relaxing after a day at the beach. It was easy to communicate with the owner to answer any questions we had. We definitely plan to return again.

This condo was extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Many condos we have rented left us looking for scissors or tape or whatever. Being so well stocked gave us the impression of being at home. We will be back next year.

Clearwater Beach Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay. The Condo was very well equipped and it was really appreciated that there was ample supplies. Communication was excellent and the location was perfect for us - we really enjoyed being close the the beach and in the thick of the action. The views from the balcony are spectacular and we regularly saw dolphins and penguins.

Perfect spot

This condo was gorgeous! It was extremely clean upon check in and instructions for check in were clear. We had no issues getting in to the property. The condo was in walking distance to many places and we hardly took the car out the entire week. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view every day. My kids loved seeing dolphins daily! The beach was a short walk. Would love to stay again!!

Amazing Week!

I highly recommend this property for many reasons. The property was clean, the property amenities were very nice, and the location was perfect. Access to the beach is only a short walk and if you don't want to fight the traffic getting in and out of Clearwater Beach you can use Gulf BLVD to Sand Key. We had a little issue with check in, but the property manager was on top of it and assisted us immediately. We will be back!

Just perfect

This was our first experience with VRBO and it was just wonderful. The location is perfect for all that Clearwater Beach has to offer. The condo was huge, well maintained and allowed for everyone to relax in comfort. The view from the balcony was amazing. We saw dolphins playing almost daily. The condo is well stocked in the kitchen and has everything you need for a beach vacation including beach towels, chairs, pop up, wagon, and sand toys for the kids. We had a few minor issues and the owner was quick to respond and offers to correct.

Spacious Condo in Great Location

The condo’s three bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodated our family of up to six people at a time extremely well. Its location to restaurants and the beach was within easy walking distances (we rarely used our car). We have stayed in many different condos for extended stays over the years and none of them had the sheer amount and variety of sundries as this one. The owner contacted us during our stay to inquire about our satisfaction with the unit. I gave him suggestions about some minor problems we encountered. He responded by saying he would have someone come and remediate them immediately. I told him that this was unnecessary since we would be ending our stay shortly. In summary, I would recommend this vacation condo all who are interested in having an enjoyable stay in a great location.

Super nice property in Clearwater beach. The best part was the beautiful porch overlooking the intercoastal waterway. We saw dolphins frequently. The unit was very well stocked and attract and comfortable. Finding the address was a little difficult but no big problem. the garage entrance is actually on Bay way not south Gulfview. Tito was very helpful and when my flight was canceled, did allow me another night ( not free of course) All in all a great time. I’d happily return.

Second time here and can't wait to go back!

We absolutely love this property! The location is amazing with its large balcony view of the bay, right across the street from the inlet (Shepards setup is awesome and welcoming to non-guest), and only 2 blocks from the beach! You cannot go wrong staying here as everything you need and more is just a short walk away. The condo owners take great pride in providing a welcoming and accommodating stay. The condo itself is clean, stocked well, and has the most comfortable beds! This is our 2nd Summer vacationing here in August for a week and cannot wait to do it again next year!

Just what we needed!

This property does not disappoint. The unit was very clean and spacious. It was located close enough to all the shops and restaurants but not so close that it was a nuisance. It is true that you will see dolphins in the harbor just outside the balcony. My family had a great time and we will defiantly rent again if we are in the Clearwater area.

Beautiful with a Breathtaking View

We were absolutely blown away by the beauty and charm of this place. Its evident the owners and property managers take great pride in making their condo a place of comfort and luxury. Many items were provided that made our stay so far from home easier, including beach towels, laundry detergent, and even shaving cream! The inside is decorated with the most beautiful hues of blue throughout which is carried out on to the beachy blue patio furniture on the amazing back balcony. We adored waking up in the master bedroom to the sunrise each morning as an added bonus. We would recommend this place to anyone and we hope and pray we can return in the future. It was a dream vacation!

This unit was never previously rented by the former owners who lived there for about 10 years, so it is pristine and in beautiful condition. This unit is primly located on clearwater beach, but the complex itself is quiet and well taken care of. The water views are spectacular. You can literally wake up to see dolphins playing, and enjoy your cup of coffee on the balcony and view unobstructed water views. It truly is glorious.
