Great location! Exceptional view & beach!

I'd definitely stay here again and again. The location on the beach was just perfect, especially with small kids made it simple to just walk out straight onto the beach. Loved that the place came with beach chairs and toys as well.

Exactly what the doctor ordered!

Clean, well stocked, perfect for my husband and me. Beach and ocean literally in the back yard, also clean beaches and nice, flat beach to walk in with shallow water. Beautiful sunsets. We did nothing but relax and swim. Wagner realty staff dealt very swiftly with an appliance malfunction and super friendly. We’ll be back!

Master bedroom was right in the front. There were no curtains or blinds. The people staying across the street saw me and my wife in action a few times. Drain was clogged in bathroom. Coffee maker broken. Was supposed to get a credit back and never did.

Great location on the beach

The condo was roomy for the 4 of us (2 adults & 2 children) and was a great location right on the beach. It was located fairly central to activities on the north side of Anna Maria or going south to Bridge St. in Bradenton Beach, Cortez Beach, Coquina Beach. The rental is well kept and modernized. It was nice having pool access as well as the beach. The screened in balcony is probably the best feature and much of our time was spent there when we weren't at the beach.

Perfect amount of room and decorated tastefully

Had a wonderful stay at sunset terrace 102. The views were fantastic and easy beach access. Condo was well stocked and plenty of bath and beach towels. Beds were comfortable and plenty of seating in living room. The only thing missing was a large skillet. Would definitely stay there again. Was very clean and located in the center of the island. We rented 2 golf carts for our stay and made it very convenient to get around. Would recommend eating at Sharkeys, beach house and Umos for sure.

Would totally stay again!

Loved the island, loved the location, loved the unit. Right on the beach. Could tell it was loved by the owner as evidenced by special touches such as excellent washer and dryer, abundant towels and blankets, and a kitchen stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, utensils, Tupperware that far superseded any rental I’ve ever seen. A nice little outside closet contained beach chairs, umbrella and other beach accessories. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Gorgeous beach and sunsets

The location and view could not have been better Just steps from the beach and trolley which you can ride anywhere on AMI. The pool is small and right on the street, so it's noisy to sit there but the beach is gorgeous. There is lots of beach equipment in the storage closet but most of the umbrellas are broken and torn so we could not use them.

Another great stay!

This was our second year staying at this property. We love the location., the beach, the view! The condo is very nice and updated. If you forced me to find a negative it would be that my husband and I prefer king beds so I could have slept better in a larger bed. Also, the front door and the doors to the small patio off the main bedroom could use some “insulation” to reduce street noise and noise from stairway. We will likely stay again!

Celebration for 4th of July

This property was excellent. Very clean and close to everything. Just steps down to the beach which was lovely. They had chairs and plenty of towels to use. Pool was a plus and not crowded. Kitchen was well stocked. TVs in all rooms and remotes which all worked! We had a great time and even got to watch fireworks from the beach since it was 4th of July!!! We were lucky enough to meet the folks cleaning the rooms which were so nice and gave us tips on where to eat and things to do. Stephanie was also so nice and helpful on checking in. Made everything so easy. We will definitely choose this place to stay again.

Wagner Realty Overcharges and Under delivers

This property has the most amazing views and location but I was overcharged by Wagner Realty. Then, when there were electrical problems in the unit that burned out two Mac computers and a cell phone, it took them three days to send someone to check on it and they refused any responsibility for the ruined computers and phone. I recommend that you look at other units in this building, not managed by Wagner Realty. They were rude and unresponsive.

Dear Monique, I am not sure how you could say that we overcharged you. You were the one to pick the dates and agreed to the rate that you paid on VRBO. I assure you that rent you paid for a months stay, directly on the beach is the going rate, if not on the lower side. You checked in on October 30th and it wasn't until November 28th that you reported that the electronics had blown out because of bad circuits. We sent the electrician over who found no burnt circuits and no burnt smells. The ciircuits were loose so he changed them out, just for precautionary measures. I asked you by phone and by email so show me your burnt electronics and cords to which you never produced. All that you gave me was a Black Friday receipt for a refurbished laptop. It is not that we refused responsibility, we wanted proof which was never provided. Management

fabulous beach vacation

This property is perfectly located! right on the beach with fabulous views. Free trolley stop just down the street made for easy travel around island. the condo has been renovated/updated and is very nice overall. only a couple down-sides/issues: 1. there were no wash cloths. plenty of bath towels and hand towels but we had to go to Dollar store and buy wash cloths. 2. there was a 1 to 2ft puddle of water in middle of master bedroom when we arrived. seems the doors to the small patio were left ajar and perhaps rain came in.... I called management office, but since it was a Saturday, there wasn't any staff on site to address issue. rather than making emergency call for maintenance to come, I just had to mop it up myself before being able to unpack. not a huge issue, just frustrating. Overall, I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Pretty nice stay. There was an odor when we arrived but we determined it was coming from the master bathroom shower drain and once we started showering in there it started to go away. The kitchen sink would randomly stop allowing water to come out but we didn’t call on this issue as we rarely used it. Very nice not to have to use an elevator to get to your room. A definite perk. The views are lovely (keep in mind you are looking through a screened in porch so pictures are hard to take). The parking spot is a tight turn to get in and out of so beware if you have a larger suv. And the storage room door is very hard to open. The umbrella provided was broken, the chairs were rusting and the seat fabric was about ready to tear off. The unit could definitely use some updates (Jean couch from the 90s, outlets, things have been repainted over many, many times). The Realty companies practices could also be updated. It’s 2025 -why are we required to mail a check to pay for the stay? Everything is done online now. And if you don’t use snail mail you have to pay a credit card fee for paying over the phone! Why do we need to drive to a location to pick up and drop off keys? Everyone else uses a code or keyless entry. We stay in different areas of Florida every year for vacation and this was not our favorite unit or realty company to deal with. We love the area and will most likely be back but not in this unit.

Right on the beach?! Yes, please!!!

The property is exactly what the listing says it is. Nicely appointed condo right on Bradenton Beach. Plenty of space for my wife and I and our 2 adult children. As they say in real estate when promoting a listing: location! Location! LOCATION! The beach equipment (chairs, floatation items, and umbrella) were a little in need of replacement but they worked for us. Although, be advised, there is only 1 umbrella so if you have more than 2 people on the beach in need of some shade, you'll need to rent another umbrella as we did. There is a public transportation (free, btw) stop within steps of the property which is great. A couple of negatives. The condo was not as clean as I would have preferred upon arrival. Also, a couple of items needed adjustment/repair. 1) The freeze door was not shut all the way due to a slightly misaligned or blocked track. When we opened it, there was so much frost in there, we literally made snowballs. Also, the pocket door from the 2nd bedroom to the attached bathroom was off of its track. We did our best to reset it but it was still askew and nothing more we could have done so our kids just used the hallway door. Other than those minor things, this place was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for taking the time to give your review. We are happy that you liked the condo and location and hope you had a great time. I am sorry about the issues you had and wish that you had let us know while you were in residence. We would have bought another umbrella and sent the appliance man to look at the freezer. Also, I could have had someone look at the pocket door. Let us know if you want to come back again, so we can make it up to you!
