For those seeking entertainment, our Scottsdale vacation home provides a range of amenities to keep you entertained throughout your stay. Indulge in a movie night in one of the two living rooms, pull out a game to enjoy together, or challenge your friends to a retro game of Pac-Man!
But when the weather is nice, the backyard oasis is calling your name! Take in the Arizona sunsets while in the heated pool, or poolside in the plush patio couch. Enjoy an outdoor grilled feast while watching your friends take a swing on the putting greens. Watch the pool glow at night as you enjoy a midnight swim in the quiet, serene setting. The bedrooms are a haven of tranquility, featuring sumptuous over-sized beds with premium linens and a selection of pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep. The Primary Suite is located on one side of the house away from the other two bedrooms. Each half of the house has its own thermostat so everyone can be comfortable! Each room is thoughtfully decorated with attention to detail, creating a harmonious ambiance that promotes relaxation and rejuvenation. The Primary en-suite bathroom is equipped with high-end fixtures, a jetted soaking tub, walk-in shower, quality toiletries, and plush towels, providing a spa-like experience. Both bathrooms come stocked with all the amenities needed for guests to feel right at home: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, makeup wipes, quality TP, hair dryers, cotton balls, Q-Tips, and SOFT water!

Our upscale kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, water filtration tap, and ample counter space with a huge island. Whether you prefer to whip up a culinary masterpiece or simply enjoy a morning coffee, this space is designed to cater to your every need. Keurig & French Press coffee makers are ready and waiting for our guests, along with a selection of K-Cups, quality ground coffee, a selection of sweeteners, as well as an assortment of snacks so guests are all set!
The adjacent eat-in dining nook offers a stylish setting for enjoying meals with loved ones or hosting intimate gatherings, while the formal dining area offers ample space for larger gatherings done in style.

Guests are welcome to use part of the 3-car garage during their stay as well as a full laundry room. For travelers with small children, we have a Pack N Play and highchair at the house along with plastic dinnerware.

The Fine Print:
Check-in & check-out is contactless by door code provided prior to check-in. Guest Handbook provided at the house to ensure guests have all pertinent info.

No Check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.

No unauthorized early check-ins.
No bag drops prior to check in.
Unauthorized late check outs will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour.
Guests cannot receive mail / packages here through the US postal service.

*Pool Heat: The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge, with a 3-day minimum of consecutive days for the pool heating. Rates: $100 per day in January & February. $75 per day for all other months. This fee just covers the extra utilities needed to heat the large body of water. Heating the pool water is generally needed between October and April to provide comfortable swimming temperatures. Pool heat needs to be requested at least 3-days prior to arrival and is then heated between 82-88 degrees.

Guests have full access to the entire property. Please note that one vehicle is parked in the 3rd bay of the garage, but guests can use the 2-car garage for their use.

Video disclosure: There are 2 video surveillance cameras on the property for the security of our guests. This is by no way an intrusion on our guests, but rather an extra level of protection and security for protection. One camera is located outside the front door, and the other overlooks the driveway. All look out over public places only.

If the cleaning of the house after a guest checks out takes more than 5-hours, the guest will be charged accordingly for the excess.
