Getaway

I was very happy with Location, Amenities and overall layout of property. Very spacious, clean and quiet! I appreciate a comfortable place to stay while away from the stress of work and daily life. Fantastic Trip

First trip to Rocky Point. We had a great time. Kathy's place was great. Clean and well appointed. We especially liked the large porch/deck with nice chairs to enjoy the amazing sunsets. We went fishing and caught 30-40 rock bass and trigger fish. Found really good restaurants. Baracoa Oyster Farm had the best oysters. I would guess they were in the water a couple of hours before we ate them. Kassel Haus had an unbelievable breakfast. We enjoyed Rock Point so much that we are considering buying a condo there

Perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s condo in Rocky Point. The condo had everything we needed including an amazing view of the ocean. Kathy is a great host and has lots of really good information on local restaurants. I highly recommend this property if you’re traveling to Rocky Point!

Perfect Getaway in Puerto Penasco

Kathy is an excellent host - very responsive and helpful. The condo is in a great location at the Sonoran Sun resort with a breathtaking view. We had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation with friends. The kitchen is well stocked and the linens are plentiful. Furniture and beds are comfortable. We will definitely be repeat guests.

Weekend trip

Beautiful place, perfect host, everything about this 3 day trip was perfect. Kathy is quick to respond prior to the trip, I think she was as excited as we were. The restaurant on property is excellent. We chose to eat dinner there twice. Treated us like royalty. Massages on the beach were perfect.

Best condo at the sun!

We are regulars here in RP and this is our second time at this particular condo. Kathy is so nice to work with and the condo is always immaculately clean and organized. The patio view is perfect from sun up to sun down. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Beach Stay

Our stay at Sandy Beach was perfect. The condo was clean and safe and the views were stunning. The deck was perfect for coffee and cocktails! My husband loved getting a little work done surrounded by ocean and pool views before heading down to the beach/pool. The pool was cool and refreshing when the kids were done playing in the sand and waves. We had some delicious bites from the vendors and enjoyed walking the beach down to Wrecked at The Reef for lunch and a change of scenery. The restaurant on site was disappointing but the condo is equipped for dining in and there are local restaurants nearby that were delicious. Thank you for having us! We hope to be back soon!
