Beautiful property

This was our first trip to Rocky Point and we absolutely loved our time there. The resort is clean and feels very safe. The unit is on the lower level so you do get occasional noise from the hallway but it is worth it as you are steps away from the pool and beach!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The aluminum door could be replaced. The outdoor chairs (2) are in bad shape. The water control unit in the shower is falling apart.

Sonoran Sun Fun for Everyone

I love Sonoran Sun! I have stayed there twice. The swim up pool bar has great food and drinks. The cabana areas by the beach are a great way to spend your day. Location of resort is close to popular places like Wrecked at the Reef and plenty of ATV opportunities.

Perfect Spot!

Spacious condo in a prime spot within the resort. If you're looking for convenience (e.g. avoid elevators and be steps away from pool, beach, parking, and on-premise restaurant and shops) then this spot is perfect. Will stay here again. Thanks!

Anniversary weekend getaway

Great location! Would definitely stay again. Only thing I would suggest, is a room darkening curtain in the master bedroom. With all of the outside lights that stay on during the night, it is very bright in the bedroom.

Nice and clean condo

Very nice condo to stay at Sonoran Sun. The only complaint I have is that the bed is too firm and gave me a restless nights sleep. Otherwise it was a perfect long weekend stay.

Beautiful property, extra large 1 bedroom, outstanding rental

We have stayed in various Sonoran resorts in Rocky Point for many years and this is definitely one of the better units we stayed at. Very well maintained, new appliances, super clean, and everything works (which isn't always the case in Rocky Point). Ground floor is always worth a few extra dollars and had a great view of the pool area. Would definitely rent this unit again.

BEWARE! Listing is NOT correct.

Listed as sleeping 4 in a QUEEN bed and a sofa sleeper, it IS NOT. Someone needs to take responsibility and fix this. It would sleep 3 uncomfortably. It has a DOUBLE bed that is very hard and no sleeper sofa, but a TWIN roll out cot that sags in the middle, squeeked, and has a 2" mattress, only flat sheet to make the roll out, no fitted sheet. There was also a beeping throughout the stay, most likely coming from another unit or the storage closet outside the unit that kept us awake ALL 3 NIGHTS. The hot water takes forever, the faucet handle is very touchy--hot water being in only 1 location that was hard to locate, and one night we had NO HOT WATER. Black out drapes do not fit and we had to use clips, and they are about 1 foot too short so don't count on black out to sleep on an uncomfortable cot in the main room. I stayed here with 1 adult. It was clean, kitchen well stocked for cooking (no spices or coffee filters). Renting from Casago, front office no help.

Also, I will work in coordination with the owner of the property and mention your suggestion for blackout drapes, and the kitchen supplies, I genuinely appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas for improvement. W106 Sonoran Sun

First of all, the staff at Casago is the best!! I was so impressed with the curtious and very professional employees at the front desk. They make sure that you are very comfortable. I wish I would have asked them thier names to include them in the comments here. They were all first class all the way! We had an small issue and it was taken care of by the staff and they made sure that we were satisfied. They definetly go way out of their way to make sure you are confortable. The issue we had was with the bed size. The VRBO site listed the bedroom as a king size bed and a queen size pullout. But the room had a full size bed and a twin pull out. We showed the staff and they informed us that the owner had listed the property and the bed sizes. The Casago staff inspected the room and advised they would have the owner make the correction. The Casago employees made and an adjustment for us. Othere than the bed sizes, the condo is fantastic!!!! Breakfast on the patio and a walk right out to the beach. No elevator needed. I would stay in this unit again! This condo at the sun has the best location on the property for convienece to everything. Very clean and beautiful. Just amazing!!

Beautiful Space!

Absolutely loved our stay, being on the ground floor is very convenient for spending maximum time in the sea and pool! We did have an issue with the refrigerator but it was resolved immediately. A lovely space!
