Welcome to your Charleston home base! This bright and spacious 2 bed, 1 bath upstairs apartment features a large open living area—perfect for relaxing, hanging with friends, or planning your next adventure. One bedroom has a comfy king bed, the other has a cozy queen, and both rooms have their own TVs for winding down after a day out. Located just minutes from downtown Charleston and Folly Beach, you're in the heart of it all. Walk to local bars, restaurants, and the beloved Pour House for live music and good vibes. Whether you're beach-bound, brunching, or bar-hopping, this spot is your perfect launchpad for exploring the best of the Lowcountry.

Guest will have access to the entire second floor (Unit A). Please note that this is one of three units on the property and the other units may be occupied during your stay.

You will have parking for two vehicles dedicated to this unit.

In town for College of Charleston Commencement Ceremony. Less than 10 minutes to campus to stay in a beautiful VRBO. Rental was roomy, modern and meticulously cleaned. Enjoyed our stay.

The home was incredibly clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed to fix coffee and make a home cooked meal. It's close to a grocery store and a fabulous little fresh food restaurant with wonderful bowls, smoothies, and coffee (called Huriyali). Highly recommend!!

coffee filter still in coffee maker and a lot of lint still in dryer lint filter.Other than that, place was very clean and appealing from vacation / beachy looking standpoint. thought place was a little closer to everything / happenings for Charleston and also Folly Beach but was manageable and able to get to these by driving.

Originally I was hesitant to book this property because it had so few reviews. After looking at other properties I kept coming back to this one and decided to take a chance. I am really glad I did. Located on James Island it was well located to go into downtown Charleston and also to the historic plantations and homes we wanted to tour. The 2 bedroom apartment was extremely clean, attractive, well equipt and in a safe, older neighborhood with a lot of rebuilt, large homes. This property appears to have 6 rental units in two structures. It was very quiet and had ample off street parking next to the unit. We enjoyed our stay there very much and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Very nice apartment. Queen bed was comfy (I only used 1 bedroom) kitchen and bathroom were well appointed. Didn’t appear the ice maker was working but there were ice trays in the freezer. As a taller woman I found the couch too low and shallow for my liking but the leather arm chair was comfortable. The unit was quiet and ample parking. I felt safe and would rent again.

The house is as beautiful as the pictures. We got confused on check in and thought we needed the key in the lockbox but was door code. All was great when we got in. So comfortable. We were barely there as we were moving our son into a new place. We would definitely stay there again. Price seemed reasonable. Worth the money if you want clean, easy access to everything and all the amenities. Great parking too.
