Iâve always loved the peaceful charm of the Cape, and after years of spending time here, I finally created a cozy little escape in one of my favorite towns: Sandwich. Thereâs something about the salty air, winding roads, and slower pace that just fills my cup (usually along with a good coffee!).
When Iâm not hosting or teaching, youâll find me enjoying a strong cup of espresso, rearranging furniture for fun (I have a soft spot for interior design), cooking something delicious, or listening to music that sets the vibe just right. One of my favorite things about the neighborhood is how peaceful and walkable it isâyou really get that small-town Cape Cod feel. In the mornings, I love strolling over to The Snowy Owl CafĂ© for a coffee and sitting outside as the town starts to wake up. Thereâs a breeze off the water, and you can hear the birds and smell the salt in the air. Later in the day, itâs an easy walk to grab a bite at one of the local spots or pop into a few charming shops. And in the evenings, nothing beats heading down to the beach to catch the sunset or walking home from Tree House Brewery under the stars. Itâs the kind of neighborhood that makes you slow down and really enjoy the moment.
