This cozy first-floor apartment offers two comfortable king-sized beds for a restful stay. Street parking is available, or you can secure a spot in a public lot just a 5-minute walk away. Located in an older building, the apartment is simple and functional, with everything you need for a comfortable visit. While it's not a luxury unit, it’s perfect for those seeking a straightforward, no-frills stay in a convenient location.

Welcome to this cozy, no-frills first-floor apartment, designed for a straightforward and comfortable stay! Situated in a friendly multifamily building, this space offers the convenience of a single-level layout—no stairs to climb. With 5 rooms, including a living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom, you’ll have everything you need for a hassle-free visit.

While the building and the apartment may be a bit older, it’s clean, well-kept, and offers all the essentials for a functional stay. The two king-sized memory foam mattresses are a guest favorite—known for their comfort, these are the same high-quality beds I use across all of my properties.

The furniture and finishes are simple, with no bells and whistles, but they’re comfortable and practical for your needs. You’ll also have access to a smart TV to stream all your favorite shows and movies. This is a great space if you’re looking for a solid, uncomplicated place to stay—nothing fancy, just a comfortable home base during your travels!

The apartment is exclusively yours with its own entrance so throughout your stay you can enjoy the space without being interrupted!

This was a great spot for an overnight stay, especially being walking distance to downtown. We were able to find street parking right out front. Love that it is pet friendly! Owner is responsive and helpful.

This stay in Beverly is a hidden gem within 6 minutes of downtown Salem. Parking was easy and the apartment was clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and overall stay. Plenty of room for 3 adults. Would stay here again!

We were looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay for our visit to Salem. This place was exactly that. Three minute drive to the center of Salem, and in walking distance to Beverly shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet as well. Next time we decide to visit Salem we will be checking to see if this place is available again.

There were a few issues with the apartment regarding cleanliness, but the property manager was great and said he’d address it for future guests. Hopefully that’s the case. Unfortunately, the issues were not something that could be addressed easily during my 1-night stay, so I had to deal with it. I did try to find availability elsewhere for the night but could not find a local vacancy.

The furnace broke and we had no heat for 24 hours. The temperature was a wind chill 14 degrees. The bathroom was dirty. I had to clean the shower and the sink. The host interactions were good.
