This lovely apartment in Beverly offers a cozy retreat for guests. With 2 bedrooms including a queen bed, a bunk bed, and a twin bed, there's plenty of space for everyone. The bathroom features a relaxing soaking bathtub and a hair dryer for your convenience. Whether you're exploring the city or relaxing indoors, this quaint apartment is the perfect spot to call home during your stay. A 16-minute walk to the MBTA train station to Salem, Boston and beyond.

Please note: This property is connected to a main house with a family that do have little kids that are outside by the pool during the summer time + yard year round. There is limited outdoor access although you can rent shared or private pool access if desired.But the

Lastly, while we can accommodate up to 5 people. Please know this small apt is best suited for parties of 4 or less. (4 seats at the table, and a small 2 person love seat for the TV) Before you book, know that it will be tight for a parties of 5 adults.

I have been doing this style of lodging for business and leisure trips for over a decade. This was one of the most pleasurable units I have stayed at. They hit on all the important components of a great stay:- Clean- Great Communication- Privacy- Great Location- Accessible to T for the city and the shore area is with in driving distance Highly recommended and I will be back

We were unaware that this apartment was attached to a family home where we had to enter through the backyard while the family was there, until right before we arrived. The apartment was very clean and the owner was very responsive, which we appreciated, but the space was cramped, there was only a loveseat for 3 adults and two teenagers, and a small bistro table with only room for 4 guests. The property was missing basic amenities including a bathmat, potholders, most basic cooking utensils and bowls, etc. The windows in the bedrooms didn’t open and the rooms very stuffy, especially at night. The owner controlled the temperature of the air conditioner and again, was very responsive when we asked him to adjust. There was no place to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful New England summer weather because the owners and family were always in the pool. The bathroom was very nice as was the washer/dryer. There was a usage fee for the pool. I would not recommend this property as a vacation rental.

Bed was comfortable. Inside was clean. Could use more linens, towels and paper products. Host was very friendly. Very close to down town Beverly. Keep in mind that it is a shared property with the owner and family.
