- Guests may use the dock for temporary boat or jet ski pickup/drop-off, provided the dock is not already occupied.

- If bringing a boat, please ensure it is secured only to the designated dock cleats.

- Do not tie your boat to the dock's water line or plumbing, as this can cause damage.

- When facing the dock from the property:

Left side = Neighbour's dock space.

Right side = This property's dock space.



⚠️ Please be respectful of neighbouring docks and keep your boat fully within the designated dock area whenever possible and do not leave boats or jet skis unattended at the dock unless specifically authorised.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not park in the space marked "C," as it belongs to the upstairs unit.



Please be respectful of neighbouring properties and use only the designated parking areas for Unit A. We are not responsible for any parking violations, towing, or other parking-related issues.



There is no trailer parking available. Please check Ocean City Website - Trailer & Oversized Vehicles Ordinance for more information. You could also park at the Boat Ramp in West OC.

- 2 small trash bags

🚿 Full Bathroom Kit:

- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

- Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap



🛏️ Linens & Towels:

- Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter

- Sheets for sofa beds are provided and left in the room with the couch (not provided for trundles or rollaway beds)

- Each guest receives 1 towel set (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth)
