Upscale Coastal - 3 bedroom, 2 full bath second floor condo on ocean block. Unit has a Washer & Dryer, and Central Air Conditioning. Fully equipped Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, K-cup Coffee Maker and Blender. 55" LED HD smart TV in the Living Room with streaming capabilities. Master Bedroom and Living Room are equipped with ceiling fans. Unit has Xfinity X1 Comcast service, FREE fast WiFi which is great for catching up on a little work if needed. Sofas that will sleep 2 in the living room with black out shades all around to keep the early morning sun out. A large walkout deck provides lounging and outside dining opportunities while taking in views of the ocean. Just steps away from the beach with no major roads to cross. Great location close to shopping, bars, and restaurants; Crabcake Factory and Green Turtle are both within a 5 minute walking distance! Linen Package included for completed bookings at least 30 hours before check-in day and time (see details below). Unit 2 is located on the 2nd floor.

Our Linen Package includes Luxury Sheet sets for all beds in bedrooms and Spa quality towel sets for 6
people (*NOTE: If you have more than 6 and are using the pullout sofa bed you need to bring Queen sheets for it and towels for the extra people).

*Having an extended family vacation, need more space? We have 3 units available, up to 9 Bedrooms and 6 bathrooms! Just the perfect set up for a large extended family vacation rental. You are right next to each other, but have your own individual space.

A great place to stay in Ocean City

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on our annual vacation in OCMD. This property was beautiful and spacious for our stay. Bedrooms, living room, bathrooms, and kitchen were all very clean when we arrived. The couches must be newly updated as they are different from the picture(they were comfortable and great!) This property is in a great location in ocean city, one block from the beach and surrounded by places to eat, shop, and things to do. We enjoyed our trip and our stay here and hope we can return here in the future!

This property is a great location for getting to and from the beach. Bus stop is on the same block to travel around. Communication with host was excellent. We had a great family trip!

Great property!

Wonderful location. Rare 3 bedroom 2 bath on ocean block. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Nice deck expands living space. Great AC, very clean, easy and prompt communication with host. Will definitely rent again!

Great place in perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home. The linen package was definitely a nice touch. We worried about parking but never had an issue! Always parking available right out the front door. Shopping directly across the street and loads of restaurants within walking distance. Bus access couldn’t be closer. Overall a great stay. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful weekend! Your condo was great - updated, perfectly decorated and had every amenity we needed. Also, close proximity to the beach and lots of available parking. Our extended family enjoyed your first floor condo next door. Highly recommend and look forward to staying here in the future.

Awesome house for a family

My family absolutely loved the unit. We were on the 2nd floor by the road.Shower pressure was the BEST i have ever had.The layout was great! The communication was great!About a 3 minute walk to the beach up a deadend street.A lot of places to get items for the house right across the street.We will rent again!

Great family getaway

This was such an enjoyable trip! This condo was perfect, basically a minute walk to the beach and a number of great restaurants. Easy street parking, just a great location. The condo was awesome with three good-sized bedrooms with varied bed sizes to sleep our family easily. It was clean, owner was super responsive. Really a gem. We hope to return and will definitely tell other family and friends to check this place out when planning a trip to OCMD!

Perfect location to the beach and ocmd fun. The beds in the smaller bedrooms were quite uncomfortable and there was a terrible smell in the hallway bathroom (pipes??(. Overall the property was good

Relaxing Getaway!

I was looking for a last minute stay and I was so lucky that the host quickly accommodated my request! They even gave me tips on things to do in the area during the off-season. The condo was clean and spacious, and kitchen came fully furnished. With just a quick minute walk to the beach, this was truly the perfect peaceful winter getaway!

My only complaint has nothing to do with the rental. The master bedroom and twin beds were too firm for our liking. Other than that, we really liked the property. Communication was quick and easy.

Awesome location!

My friends from college 20 years ago met from Pa, Va, and Md for a fabulous weekend of catching up and fun! The place was the perfect location and size for our little get away! It was exactly as advertised. We loved the linen package and the house had everything we needed (including mallets for crabs)! With the ability to walk to the beach in just a few steps, the location was perfect for coming back and forth from the beach without having to worry about schlepping all our stuff. Nash returned all my messages right away and made checking in and out super easy. We will definitely return here!

Great Location!

Overall we had a party of 7, 3 adults and 4 kids ranging in age from 9-16. All had a great time! The location is perfect and within walking distance to the beach, stores, grocery store and much more. It is far from the boardwalk, but we drove to spend the day there and we didn’t feel like we were missing out. We stayed for the 4th of July and walked to Northside park for the fireworks. It was a great place to watch them. The only downfall I would say is there is a sewer smell that comes from the toilet occasionally, but we also smelled that by the sewer pump station down the street so I believe the problem could be with the city itself. The manager was great to communicate with and responded quickly and even accommodated us to stay an extra night. Overall, we all agreed we would stay again!

Overall nice all around

Good location with easy parking, nice layout inside. Easy instructions for stay. Property manager replies very fast. Quick walk to beach and drive to food Lion, Mcdonalds, dollar tree. Teens would have liked to have TVs in each room but they survived with big TV in LR. Nothing fancy, but overall everything went well. Some minor wear/tear on furniture. Outside shower for sand by building which is super helpful.
